168澳洲幸运5开奖网:Pokémon may have caught fire with the release of168澳洲幸运5开奖网: Pokémon Red & Blue, but kids across the world also fell in love with the creatures via the anime. Ash Ketchum and his friends did a good job at teaching life lessons, exploring the world of Pokémon, and engaging emotionally through a tel🥀evision screen.
Ash may be a kid, but he understands what being a good person is. He'll often go out of his way to save Pokémon that are in trouble. 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:The anime's run for♓ over 14 seasons so we'll be covering the first 10 Pokémon Ash saved in the anime.
10 Mr. Mime
For years fans of the168澳洲幸运5开奖网: Pokémon anime have joked about how weird it is that Ash's mom lives at home alone with a Mr. Mime. It's not like the creature appeared out of nowhere, and its backstory is rather sad. It once was an act at a less than stellar circus and Ash helped it escape. Not only does it escape, but it makes its way to Ash's home, where his mom initially mistakes it for him. All while this 🅷is happening, Ash's friends disguised him as a Mr. Mime to help out an overweight Mr. Mime who refused to act in the circus.
9 Haunter
People often point to Squirtle as the shining example of Ash saving a Pokémon from being a menace to society, but Haunter isn't too far beh🐠ind. On top of scaring people in and around Saffron City, Haunter turns humans into ghosts and leaves behind their soulless corpses for their friends and family to find. Not only does Ash convince Haunter to join h♈im and help fight Sabrina, he finds Haunter a home. In the end, Haunter decides to stay with Sabrina, the more than capable gym leader of Saffron City.
8 Bu🔴tterfree 💯
Ash and his Butterfree arguably have the most interesting relationship outside of him and Pikachu. Not only does Ash save the Metapod that evolves into his Butterfree fro🐭m a swarm of Beedrill, he second-guesses a trade he makes on the St. Anne and asks for it back.
The most emotionally engaging scenario in which he saves Butterfree, though, 🔯is when he decides to let it go and live a free life. He understands that sometimes creatures yearn for a different life and Ash is smart enough to understand it was simply time to let Butterfree go.
7 Primeape
Ash isn't the type of trainer who only catches Pokémon he develops a mutual respect with, sometimes he embraces the "Catch Em' All" mentality and will work to capture stubborn or rebellious Pokémon. An episode of the anime in which a father and a daughter rekindle their relationship also sees Ash entrust his Primeape with that same⛄ father who says he can train it into a reasonable creature. Ash trusts him and leaves the Primeape with this man, and in turn, he saved the creature from having to deal with a trainer outside their depth.
6 Squirtle
When people think about tꦰhe act of saving they often land on something being injured or in a sense of danger and being removed from that state. In the case of Squirtle, what Ash saves it from isn't danger, but rather itself. The Squirtle Squad is a group of rebellious Squirtle who want to prank people and cause trouble. Ash and company not only redirect their energy into becoming firefighters, but the leader under🌜stands what love and compassion feel like and decides to leave a life of crime behind and join Ash on his journey.
5 Metapod
Ash is loving and compassionate, but at the end of the day, he's also just a 10-year-old child looking to capture wild animals. He often has to learn both life lessons and lessons revolving around the care of his Pokémon as they grow and evolve alongside him. In the episode "Challenge of the Samurai" Ash gets involved in a battle of Metapods that results in his Metapod being captured by a swarm of Beedrill. Through this event, Ash learns he needs to🐓 be a more responsible and𓆉 thoughtful trainer, which results in him rescuing his Metapod, which evolves.
4 Pikachu
Later in this ar𓂃ticle, we'll b𓂃e covering the first time Ash ever saved his Pikachu from certain danger, but right now let's focus on an event that happened much later in the series. In the episode centered on the healing Pokémon known as Chansey, Pikachu must be saved after it gets an apple stuck in its throat.
Upon arriving at this hospital and Pikachu being treated, the gang hears of an accident that's left numerous Pokémon injured. Ash 🅺and his friends are then asked to help save all of these Pokémon inj✱ured in the unfortunate traffic accident.
3 Clefairy
Many locations in the 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:Pokémon anime are considered iconic by fans, but Mt. Moon is definitely one of the more popular locals. In the episode titled "Clefairy & the Moon Stone", Ash and company arrive at and explore Mt. Moon. Due to interference by Team Rocket, Ash must work with Seymour⛄ the Scientist to rescue both the Moon Stone as well as the bevy of Clefairies who protected it with their life. If that wasn't enough excitement for one day, Brock also happens to catch a Zubat 🍰for no particular reason.
2 Pikachu
At the very beginning of the Pokémon anime, there's an emergency that takes place after Pikachu exhausts itself in an attempt to save Ash from a wild Spearow. This episode not only sees Ash save Pikachu's life, but it also introduces the audience to both 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:Officer Jenny and Nurse Joy. Since Ash and Pikachu develop such a close relationship with one another, they're always looking to 🐻do right by the other and make sure they're safe. This incident helped in forming Pikachu's trust in Ash as someone who would save it at all costs.
1 Charmander 𝄹
In arguably the saddest episode of the Pokémon anime, Ash helps save a young 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:Charmander from possible death. As an act of loyalty, the Charmander sat outside on top of a rock waiting for its owner to return. Through snow, sunshine, and rain it sat in anticipation of the owner it loved coming back. Not only did Ash prevent the Charmander from dying via its tail flame going out, it convinced Charmander that its owner, who appear♏ed out of nowhere, ꧑didn't care for it and it deserved better from the world.
