Blizzard has finally that the start date for Season 21 in 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:Diablo 3 will be July 3 on both PC and console, giving players plenty of time to test out all of the new changes and class sets that were added to the game last week with patch 2.6.9. With so much new coming, this season is sure🐷 to be exciting for🍌 returning players!
Trials of Tempests
This season brings a brand new buff with the Trials of Tempests, which is interesting in its🔥 effect, to s🎃ay the least. Every 90 seconds, players will channel an elemental power on screen from the following list:
- Rain meteors from the skies around you.
- Breathe lightning.
- Summon a wall of flame.
- Release twisters of pure energy.
- Crush your foes under the weight of rolling snowballs.
Time will tell how effective this effect is in helping players push to new hei🍌ghts in Greater Rifts, because this is a massive departure as a seasonal buff compared to previous ones with a shift from active to passive benefit. This is to say that recent the seasonal buffs have provided players with extraordinary power and theory crafting by breaking some limitation not available in non-seasonal play.
With the season of Grandeur players were provided the benefit of the legendary ring without the need to waste a slot, while with the Legacy of Nightmare seasonal buff there were truly creative builds using no set pieces, and now in the current season the shift in Kunai’s Cube to remove its limitation of one weapon, armor, and r𓆉ing trait has also resulted in creative builds. The Trials of Tempests will be fun to see at first, and no doubt useful during leveling, but it is entirely passive and will not offer players any way to buil♏d their characters in ways that differ from non-seasonal play. For this reason, we hope the bonus is powerful in Greater Rifts, because the builds look like they will be quite boring outside of the two new class sets.
Seasonal Rewards
As always, players will have the opportunity to grab new End of Journey rewards and older ones they might have missed. The Conqu💮eror’s chest and gloves will be up for grabs, along with the Pandemonium portrait and a bizarre Ro💃cky pet first seen in Season 9.
Haedrig’s Gift
The rewards for completing Chapters I-IV this season have rotated once again. Rememಞber to choose where these are opened carefully, since only one total set will be provided over the course of three bags. The sets this seasꦯon are as follows:
- Barbarian - Might of the Earth
- Crusader - Thorns of the Invoker
- Demon Hunter - The Shadow's Mantle
- Monk - Monkey King's Garb
- Witch Doctor - Raiment of the Jade Harvester
- Wizard - Firebird's Finery
- Necromancer - Grace of Inarius
New Class Sets For The Demon Hunter And Necromancer
Finally, the newest class sets for the Demon Hunter and Necromancer are 🌜finally available and in game right now, and we cannot wait to see their potential with the new seasonal buff. Demon Hunters have received the Gears of the Dreadlands set, which looks to offer insane levels of speed and strong power, as well as several adjustments to weapons that will shift the power of certain primary skills upwards.
Necromancers are receiving the Masquerade of the Burning Carnival, with a focu꧅s on shifting how Simulacrums benefit the player, and changes to various non-set items to compliment this as well.
In testing, the new Necromancer set has been well received, however players should keep an eye out for upcoming changes that may occur. Blizzard has stated that, “With the adjustments coming in for a few past Necromancer sets and abilities, we will continue to evaluate the performance of the new set this season and may make additional adjustments in future seasons if we believe they are neces🥃sary.”
We wish everyone꧟ the best of luck at the start of Se𓆉ason 21 in only a couple of days!
