Evil Dead: The Game is just one of the latest multiplayer horror-survival game to hit the market. It was initially released with high praise but has since seen a decline in the player base. The first DLC — Castle Kandar — added a new ﷺmap to the game and a few skins. The Castle map added enough to grasp the attention of reti🌳red players once more, but it is only a matter of time before those players put the game down once more.
The main issues that Evil Dead: The Game has is its replayability factor, as well as servers being difficult to connect to. Players are struggling to connect, and with the game not being diverse enough in content to keep players yearning to sit through the connection issues, the game will be closed or ultimately uninstalled from player's consoles. Fortunately, the game is only a few steps away from truly carving a spot worthy of a player's time who is looking for a 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:survival horror game to get lost in.
4 Maps
Castle Kandar was exactly what the game needed from its first DLC. An intriguing map filled with castles to explore. We need more of that. Understandably, the Evil Dead franchise was not enriched with a substantial amount of locations. However, two maps can only be enough for so long. Potentially adding an oversized version of the S Mart from Army of Darkness could be the ideal map for the second DLC. After all, who doesn't love shooting the undead in a store full of products? They have added Ash's S Mart costume, it only seems right that he wears it on the appropriate map.
With the recent three-season show, Ash vs Evil Dead, the options for map locations becomes even larger. Whether crossing through the barren, demon-infested streets of the small town where older Ash is residing or utilizing the RV he called his home as the players seek out to a vast abandoned highway, the skosh of map options becomes a bit greater in scope. Ultimately, it does not matter how they decide to ๊add maps as long as they continue to do🍌 so. Hopefully, with the success of players jumping back on to try Castle Kandar, the developers will take note and think of other locations to bring in.
3 Cosmetics
In the gaming world we live in today, it is inevitable that almost every online game will roll out cosmetics. With the lighthearted and co✱medic nature that the Evil Dead games and movies tend to fall under, it seems only fitting that this game continues to add wild and over-the-top cosmetics.
Evil Ash is a terrific addition to the game, which proves the point that outfits/skins for your character — when done correctly — can be all the incentive a player needs to continue trekking through the game. The second DLC should continue to add more for other players in the game. Skins the player can grind for with a particular character through many matches to then receive enough points to unlock that specific skin. Why a battle pass is most likely not the answer, a better leveling up system with more rewards could be beneficial for both the player and the developer's longevity regarding this game. If nothing else, cosmetics are a pleasant touch to a game that can keep a sizable player base around.
2 Enemies
While there are quite a few enemies in the game already, Evil Dead: The Game can certainly add more. There are demons and skeletons who attack throughout both of the maps. As the developers continue to add playable survivors, they should continue to168澳洲幸运5开奖网: add new looks to the demons as well.
The Witch is the first new enemy that comes to mind. The disorderly and appalling enemy made its appearance in the IOS game, Evil Dead: Endless Nightmare, as the game's most notorious foe. The Witch is a troll with horns bulging from its skull and tentacle-like branches sprouting from its arm. The Witch is a sure lock for a terrifying and revolutionary enemy that would fit smoothly into Evil Dead: The Game. It would certainly fill a void the game desperately needs - the ability to play as a larger, brute-like character.
The most fascinating of all possible enemies they could add would be Kandar The Destroyer. This leads to the next item on the list; Game Modes. Kandar would be a fantastic 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:final boss. Annexing a new ga🐓me mode where you progress through the streets of a newly added map to reach and exterminate the colossal beast that is Kandar The Destroyer would be a near-perfect second DLC. Kandar would propose an entirely fresh way of going about the game.
1 Game Modes ꦑ
For Evil Dead: The Game to have longevity in the immensely competitive online multiplayer scene, it's imperative that the developers add more game modes. Playing as the survivors or demons is enjoyable, but becomes extremely repetitive after just an hour or so. When comparing Evil Dead to other online survival horror games, 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:Left 4 Dead comes to mind. Another game filled with hordes of undead that attack you and your teammates, where Left 4 Dead differentiates itself from most, is the t𓆉raversal mechanics. In Left 4 Dead you and up to three teammates attempt to make it to safehouses, this is how you progress through the game.
In Evil Dead, there is an objective to conquer, but it is much more primitive with its reoccurring ending. Adding a game mode to potentially reach a location could add to a different approach in the way you and your team attack the map. A game mode where you possibly find a different way to take out the demons would help bring a new mystery to solve. Clearly Evil Dead: The Game has prom𒉰ise, the d꧙evelopers at Saber Interactive just need to continue to add at a more aggressive pace.
