Known in Japan as Psycho Break, The Evil Within is a survival horror game that seems to have been heavily influenced by other games of the genre. The 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:Resident Evil 4 influences are all over this game, ℱthough it is not surpris♕ing when you know they share the same director. Although not the most critically acclaimed game of the genre, it was still a successf🍸ul, fun game.
Like other similar games, there is a vast array of weapons that the main character comes across. Many weapons can be upgraded, but the resources of the game are limited. Although it might not be clear at first, some weapons deserve more attention than others. S💟ome weapons might not seem effective at first, but with the right upgrades, they become very effective.
10 𒁃 🐲 Machine Gun
The Machiꦍne Gun is powerful, but it also has several problems. The damage per ꦍsecond of this weapon can be really high. Especially when you consider its accuracy, which is greater than expected for an automatic weapon.
It does spend a lot of ammo quite quickly. That becomes an even greater problem. Considering that bullets for the Machine Gun are extremely rare, it becomes even harder to fill up the stock with its bullets. On top of all that, it cannot be upgraded in any way. The Evil Within ൲is a franchise that has just begun🃏, let's hope they make better g🥃uns in the next games.
9 Magnum
The Magnum is basically a huge handgun. It even has some stats that are similar to the handgun's ones. Obviously, the Magnum is much more damaging. It also has a smaller reserve capacity. It is not useless,🥀 but it has a lot of issu✱es.
When 🥃found, it can be a very useful gun, but ammo for it is quite rare and the upgrades are weirdly expensive for the Magnum. As the game progresses, it becomes a weapon that is just not worth the long-term investment.
8 𝔍 Sniper Rifle
A long-ranged rifle that deals a lot of damage.🐽 The scope does make it easier to headshot enemies from a distance, and it does help Sebastian aim from really far away. Although everything sounds great in theory, this is another weapon that has many downsides to it.
The Sniper Rifle is nearly useless when Sebastiaꦫn is close to an enemy. The scope makes it impossible to aim. Especially when not aiming the rifle makes it nearly impossible to hi♚t the target. Ammo for this weapon is also extremely rare.
7 P🐠iercing Sniper Rifle
Seems that the High-Penetration Sniper Rifle is just a police variation of the weapon. Players have access to thi⛎s version of the gun after collecting all 28 fragments and going for a New Game +.
Generally speaking, it is th🌄e same rifle with the same great damage and extremely scarce ammo throughout the game. However, it has an added effect to it. This rifle can pierce up to three enemies, as long as they'💧re lined up, with just one shot. That's most likely what gives it the high-penetration title.
6 ಞ Rocket Launcher 🍒
Tꩵhis is a weapon that has virtually no extra ammo to be found throughout the game. Still, it comes with a set amount of shots that can be quite useful for crowd control. The damage of this weapon is really high, and the splash damage is great. It can also damage Sebastian if the enemies are too close, though.
Getting the rocket launcher from Sadist's corpse grants players 15 shots with it. Completing theꩵ game in any difficulty, thougꦬh, will unlock the Rocket Launcher with 21 shots. Sadly, this weapon cannot be upgraded at all. However, it's is a powerful weapon nonetheless.
5 Shotgun
Shotguns in shooting games are generally fun to use at close range. This is the case with the shotgun from The Enemy Within. Unfortunateඣly, that is also the only way this gun is fun or useful. Although it does have a great damage potential and it can be🐷 useful for crowd control purposes, it also has plenty of issues.
The weapon is impossible to aim, making it only use🤪ful when Sebastian is very close to the target. It also has a long reload time, small capacity, and it is not possible to carry a lot of ammo for it. The ammo capacity can be upgraded, though.
4 ♛ Double-Barrel Shotgun 🎃
Pre-ordering Enemyꩵ Within or pre-ordering it granted players the Double Barrel Shotgun. Starting Chapter 3, players wou🔯ld be able to use a Variant Shotgun that had a greater base damage. This weapon also fires in a two-shot burst, making its damage per second immensely high. This variant is undeniably powerful.
This weapon also has some serious problems, though. It spends ammunition quickly, and it does not receive most upgrades from the normal shotgun. It does get upgraded if players deci♑de to increase the normal Shotgun's ammo stock.
3 Burst🌳 Handg😼un
This is 💫a version of the Handgun that you can get when playing New Game+. It is a variant of the normal Handgun. They even share the same statuses. The weapons also share upgrade progress. In or🌄der to unlock the Burst Handgun, players must collect all 28 Map Fragments.
The advantage of thi🍃s gun over the Burst Handgun is the damage per seco🌟nd. Obviously, some lesser enemies will die quicker with a higher fire rate. However, this weapon can also spend a significant amount of ammunition rather quickly.
2 Handgun
The first weapon in the game remains viable until the end of it. It might need upgrades to make that happen, though. Players can find plenty of ammo for the handgun throughout their playthrough. With 👍a good aim and the right upgrades, the handgun can be quite effective later in the game.
With the correct upgrades and a headshot, this weapon will kill🌠 50% of the time. Since ammo is not very scarce for the handgun, it is not completely crazy to keep this weapon around and spend bullets aiming for the enemies' heads. This make💧s the Handgun more cost-effective than the Burst Handgun.
1 Ag🅰ony Crossbow 🦋
What is amazing about this weapon is not the damage it causes. The greatest thing about The Agony Crossbow is how versatile this weapon can be.🎉 There are several different kinds of special bolts that can be used for so many different situations, making this weapon good just for granting you options that can be used in a variety of situations.
Players can use the Shock Bolts to stun and knockdown enemies that can be lit on fire with the use of a Match. They can also use the Explosive Bolts for crowd control purposes. The options are many. Having utility in a crossbow was a conc🐻ept repeated in the sequel, most likely because it was fun and effective.
