With 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:Ghost of Tsushima's State of Play reveal, one bit of news that struck as particularly interesting was the entire exploration aspect. Aside from not having one's typical waypoints and minimaps like in other open-world games, Ghost of Tsushima will have a very ౠlimited system to the point where it won't even exist in an effort to allow players as much exploration as possible. Now it seems that exploring the game's world will greatly pay off.

In an interview with , game director Nate Fox stated that exploring the game will greatly benefit players by producing weapons, skills, and many other things that the main story will not. "[...] if you go on Jin’s journey from Samurai to Gho🐓st, you’ll get access to some abilities and some weapons but if you really want the full diversity of possibilities, you have to explore [...]," Fox explained in the interview. "We want to make sure that if you take the time, you get something from it that allows you to modify the play style to get more diversity [...]."

On top of that, when asked if players might miss quests and weapons by not exploring, the game director stated that that will be the case, and how the development team basically gave players the freedom to explore the game and be rewarded for it. Although it will be perfectly acceptable to just focus on the main story, those who will take more time to focus on other things like exploration and side quests✱ will discover, receive, and uncover a lot more.

Many other open-world games have a similar formula. For example, exploration in 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt allowed players to take a hefty amount of contracts as well as quests in search of gear from other Witcher schools. In other words, those who explored every nook and cranny in that game managed to uncover a lot more in terms of side quests, contracts, and gear as opposed to those who strictly focused in on the main story. Ultimately, something similar can be expected in Ghost of Tsushima.

Ghost of Tsushima will launch on July 17 exclusively for the PS4.
