Players are obtaining an achievement that developers said would🌱 be nearly impossible.
The cartoony battle royal Fall Guys has been out for only a few days, receiving a positive reception among gamers. When playing the game, players are able to unlock achievements by doing certain ♏quests. After a short amount of time, players are unlocking an achievement that the lead developer thought was practically impossible to unlock.
The gameplay of Fall Guys revolves around many players competing in obstacle tracks and fulfilling certain objectives in a battle royal setting. If a player doesn't manage to complete the challeng🍸e, they are then eliminated. Moving in the game is difficult due to the slightly unprecise movement that is ไprogrammed on purpose, which makes many people stumble and fall all over each other, hence the name.
In a Reddit AMA post, Joe Walsh, the lead developer of Fall Guys thought that one achievement was nearly impossible to unlock. He then later clarified that he meant extremely challenging and revealed that he was referring to the "Infallible" challenge. The requirements of unlocking this achievement are for a player to win 5 matches in a row. While this achievement doesn't seem too hard, many players of the game have asked the developers of Fall Guys to change the achievement, however, it most likely will remain unchan♛ged.
Despite the difficulty of the achievement and randomness of the challenges, a couple of players managed to unlock the challenge. Players on PC have posted screenshots of their achievement on a variety of different social media platforms, but there aren't enough people to raise the percentage of the achievement on Steam's tracker. Currently, 33 players on PlayStation 4 have managed to obtain the achievement.
I expect players who are achievement hunters will find that unlock this achievement will be extremely difficult. As time goes on, players that are deter🐭mined enough will get better at the game and gain some sort of reliability in their wins, making the achievement doable. For people who want a fun and casual battle royal, I would highly recommend people to give this game a tryout.
