Nuclear Material is hard to find and a very valuable item in 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:Fallout 4 most players make the mistake of selling it to the nearest merchant for some quick caps, but this is a hug𒈔e mistake. This item is actually one of the harder to find materials, at least initially, and has a 🃏lot of uses that can benefit the player immensely from the mid-game and on.
While it can o𓄧bviously be sold there are three primary uses that make hoarding this material invaluable to the player. There are also a number of ways to acquire large sums of this material, though some are more reliable and efficient than others.
10 Used For: Modi💝fication🌃s
Nuclear Material is a crafting component used in modifications for Armor and 🦹Weapons. Generally speaking, if the modification you wish to craft is technology-based then you’ll need Nuclear Material to craft it, such as a capacitor upgrade for Laser Guns.
It should also be noted you get some Nuclear Material back when you use Rank 2 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:Scrapper Perk to dismantle the mods and even more when you have Rank 3. So if yo🌟u plan on doing a lot of tinkering with weapons and armor consider getting🉐 the Scrapper Perk to get a little back as you add and remove mods from the items.
9 Used For: Ammo 💧
Nuclear Material is used to craft three types of ♈ammo; Weaponized Nuka-Co🐷la, Nuka-Cherry, and Nuka-Cola Quantum. This ammo is used exclusively in the Thirst Zapper weapon found in the Nuka-World area of the game.
It’s not the greatest weapon and only a handful of players will use it to the point they need to craft✃ their own ammo. That being said if you intend to use this weapon you’ll need quite the supply of Nuclear Material to craft the ammo and to upgrade the weapon to be more lethal.
8 Used For: Explosives ♑
Perhaps the main use of Nuclear Material for most people will be the crafting of various explosives. Plasma, Pulse, and Cryo gren🐎ades and mines all require nuclear material as a crafting component. If you use these items a lot you’ll need to spend some time using the methods below to farm Nuclear Material.
Admittedly y❀ou can also find these explosives in select areas and 🧸through merchants, but it is much more efficient and honestly profitable to gather the nuclear material and craft them yourself.
7 ✤ Super Mutant Suiciders
Super Mutant S𝓡uici🀅ders can be a source of Nuclear Material, but it can be tricky and really dangerous if you aren’t careful. For them to drop Nuclear Material you want them to detonate their mini-nuke.
This will only happen in one of two ways, the Super Mutant detonates t📖he bomb himself which is not advised or you shoot the bomb or the arm holding the bomb causing it to detonate. After the bomb goes off and kills the Sup🥃er Mutant Suicider you’ll find Nuclear Material on their remains.
6 🌃 Bags Of Meat 𒁃
After dispatching the Super Mutant Suicider and ꦿhis cohorts you’ll want to check their base of operations for Meat Bags. These sacks of gore contain a randomized assortment of items that will sometimes hold Nuclear Material, the amount will often vary.
This method isn’t terribly efficient given the RNG factor of Nuclear Materials appearing, but if you’re already grinding Super Mutant Suiciders then making a quick sweep will at best net 🐎you a littl꧑e bit of material and at worst give you some items to sell for caps.
5 Glowing Creature ♋
Glowing creatures can꧑ be a great source of farmable Nuclear Materials if you have a strong character and the right gear. The best place to consistently find Glowing creatures is in the Glowing Sea, a dangerous part of the game that continuously bombards the player with radiation and strong opponents.
With a healthy stash of anti-rads, Power Armor, a strong weapon and plenty of ammo you can go on a hunting 🌠spree and come back with a decent supply of Nuclear Materials and whatever else the Glowing creature🐽s drop.
4 ꦜ Plasma Victims/Goo Piles
Another source of Nuclear Material is the remain🍸s left behind by a victim killed with a Plasma weapon or a weapon that has a plasma m๊odifier. These irradiated bodies or goo piles will contain trace amounts of Nuclear Material to be harvested.
This is a great way to milk a bit of extra Nuclear Material when going o🐼n say a Glowing creature hunt or can be used to make any enemy a potential source of nuclear material. Just grab a strong plasma weapon as soon as you can and you’ll start stockpiling the stuff in no tim🎃e.
3 Uranium Deposits 💝
Vault 88 is also a good supply of N𒐪uclear Material as it contains a number of🦂 Uranium Deposits that when harvested in build mode can net a ton of material. Granted this is a finite source, but the amount you receive will more than make up for it.
Considering this is also one of the 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:best settlements in the game, acquiring and cleaning out Vault 88 sh🧔ould be on your to-do list anyway.
2 Vault 81🌠 Shipments
Once you’ve gathered everything you can from Vault 88 you’re next source of a large amount of Nuclear Material is the merchant Alexis Combes in . She’s the only merchant in the game that can sell you𝔉 a shipment of 25 Nuclear Materials.
If you have the caps this is a very easy and efficien♎t way to get the material you need. The downside is that it’s entirely random when she’ll have these shipments available as she’ll rotate her available shipments every 48 hours. You could either check every two days to see if she has the right material in stock or you could save scum to get what you 💯need.
1 Scavengers 🔯
This takes a while to set up, but once in place can automatically supply you with a mountain of Nuclear Material.🤪 The idea is to create as many settlements as possible, connect them to each other with supply lines, max out the populations, set them up to be self-sufficient, then assign every spare settler to a Scavenging Station.
These settlers will run around collecting junk items that are broken down into materials when crafting things. There will be a cap on the number of items each settlement can collect so you’ll need to periodically check supplies and sell or use the stuff you don’t need. These are the following items you want for Nuclear Mateꦦri🍬al; Alarm Clock, Biometric Scanner, Blast Radius board game, Cauterizer, Distress Pulser, High-Powered Magnet, Inactive Distress Pulser, Recorder, Sweeper, and Wakemaster Alarm Clock.
