How To Find The Excavator Power Armor Plans
You should be level 25 in order to hunt down this armor set.
You'll need to take on the Miner Miracles quest, for which level 25 is recommended, and the lowest-level Excavator Power Armor set Fallout 🧜76 offers to craft is level 25.
During the Miner Miracles quest, you'll be able to access a terminal in the Garrahan Mining Headquarters, deep within the R&D section.
