After the deaths of both Owyn and Sarah Lyons,💎 the Brotherhood would nearly crumble under the poor leadership of subsequent elders before Arthur would rise to become elder himself after further honing his skills. She would then need rescuing from the Great Khan's and, after her and her father's encounter with the Vault Dweller, would be inspired to build Shady Sands into a prospering settlement.

This would eventually lead to the formation of the NCR, in which Tandi herself would become its seꦬcond president. The Chosen One can meet an elderly Tandi in Fallout 2 with the same youthful spirit she had in the first game and appreciate how she established herself as one of the most influential people in the post-war world.

Much like Tandi, Madison Li is another important person who played a major role in two different Fallout games. In Fallout 3, she was a close confidant and co-worker of the player's father in the game, where she worked on Project Purity. A project that, with her help, would cleanse the waters of the Capital Wasteland of radiation by working with the Brotherhood of Steel.
