A new Fallout: New Vegas mod adds a new post-game experience that reallyౠ takes the player’s actions into account.
Fallout: New Vegas is about as perfect a Fallout game can be with one notable exception. As soon as you complete the game, it ends. You can’t go back and see what your act🥀ions (or inactions) did the to the Mojave Wasteland. In fact, in order to keep playing you’d have to load an earlier save file.
Now, this sucks for several reasons, not the least of which being that the expansion DLCs are geared for higher-level players while the main quest line isn’t quite built for someone armed with futuristic death rays from an expansion. It sucks in that there’s no real end-game for New Vegas as the game simply… ends.
There are several older mods that fix this issue and allow the player to continue after the main quest has finished, but all they do is let the player keep playing. They don’t consider player actions in any way, so if you sided with Caesar’s Legion in the final mission to take over Hoover Dam, you still won’t see Legionnaires walking around the Dam when you’re done and you won’t see New Vegas emptied of citizens after a rampaging horde has come t🌸o lay waste to its many riches.

But a new mod fixes that. FPGE (Functional Post-Ga♓me Ending) from modder kazopert not only allows the player to continue playing but also changes the Mojave in big ways depending on decisions made earlier in the game.
You can get an idea of how this works from the mod’s description on : "After two weeks, Hoover Dam is taken over by the respective faction and the fighting stops, the Kings will get eradicated by the Legion, if alive, theཧ Brotherhood of Steel will take over Helios One and patrol the roads, and the Great Khans will evacuate their camp, taking everything with them."
Dialog options are also updated to reflect pla𓆏yer choices and changes in the worlಞd, although that mostly involves removing lines that are no longer relevant.
