Summary

  • Lucy, Maximus, and Norm could each have their own standalone games in the Fallout universe, with unique storylines and gameplay mechanics.
  • Honcho could make a comeback in a bounty-collecting Fallout game, offering a fresh twist on the typical wasteland story.
  • A shop management game set in Fallout, featuring Ma June as the shop owner, could bring a new level of depth and immersion to the post-apocalyptic world.

The Fallout TV show quickly cemented itself in the ranks of excellent video game adaptations, and it's not difficult to see why. Deftly toeing the line between respecting the source material and making a legitimately compelling piece of entertainment, the series has achieved heights only dreamed of previously.

Fallout: The 10 Mo🔜st Evil Characters In The Serie⛎s

🧜These dastardly characters are⭕ some of the best of the worst in the Fallout series.

One of the big reasons it works so well is its use of an original story and characters, rather than trying to retell anything. But the show's eclectic cast of personalities absolutely feel like they came straight out of a Fallout game. So that begs the question, which characters should have a game of their own?

9 ꦐ Lucy MacLean

The three leads in Fallout are obvious choices. Starting with arguably the star, Lucy, played by Ella Purnell, her hypothetical spinoff would likely be the most straightforward. She would be right at home leading a full-fledged classic Fallout gaꦚme, though probably more on the Bethesda side of things.

Not only does Lucy's father-finding journey already mirror that of Fallout 3's Lone Wanderer, she's also the kind of compelling hero who doesn't let adversity keep her down, no matter how many kicks she has to endure. Her compassion and empathy in the face of the wasteland's worst could even make for an engaging morality mechanic. Just please, let us say "okie dokie" while walking away from an explosion.

8 The Ghoul (Cooper Howard) ♚

The Ghoul, played by Walton Goggins, might as well have been a video game character from the start. 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:Fallout fans have been begg𒊎ing to play as a ghoul for years. It's a perfect match. A gunslinger with a cowboy hat, duster, and smooth retort for every situation? Somebody needs to make Red Dead Redemption meets Fallout.

He's been alive for centuries, roaming the wasteland as the cool dude he used to play in movies during his old life. Imagine a game set at pretty much any point before he gets dug out of that grave, playing as The Ghoul on one of his adventures. It practically writes itself. No romance options, though. Players would never get anything done if they had that kind of power.

7 Maximus

As quite possibly the most complex character in the show, Maximus, played by Aaron Moten, probably kept you guessing almost the whole time. That extends to his time fﷺollowing Knight Titus, which offers a peꦐrfect game opportunity: God of War 2018 (and Ragnarok), but expanded.

𝄹 God Of War: Gods Kratos Took Down And How He Did It

Kratos is known for beating down literal gods in God of War, even going as far as killing them. Here are🎃 the gods that he took down and how he did it.

The game would start with you as Maximus following Titus, carrying his pack and serving as backup in battle. Basically, you're the Atreus in this situation. But then, a chance encounter with a yao guai changes things, and suddenly you're the one in the power armor. You're the Kratos. Come on, this is basically writing itself.

6 Lee Moldaver 🅰

We've seen plenty of stories set in the 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:iconic wasteland locations of Fallout, but what about before the bombs dropped? Old World scientist-turned grizzled leader Lee Moldaver, played by Sarita Choudhu𒈔ry, would be the perfect fit for a game telling that sort of tale, and it could go in any number of directions.

An interesting option might be a story-focused stealth game that follows her radicalization against how stiflingly ultra-capitalist society has become. You could have segments where you recruit new members to the cause or acquire intel, following the pre-war events of the show. Then, the second half has you doing the same thing in the wasteland. You have to admit, it's a compelling parallel.

5 Norm MacLean ✨

Everybody was surprised by how much they ended up loving Norm, played by Moisés Arias, and probably even more surprised when Lucy's video game fan little brother ended up being the one to uncover the sinister secrets of Vault 31 and 32. So why not give him a detective game?

Video games revolving around being a detective are few and far between, and the🅺se ten are the absolute best when it comes to this underrated genre.

A game in the style of L.A. Noire or even Ace Attorney would be perfect for him, though probably more along the lines of the latter, given how he'd most likely shatter if he tried to fire a gun. On that note, how about just choosing chaos and going the full Disco Elysium route? We really just want to see Norm sing sad karaoke.

4 Honcho

Hey, we technically never saw Honcho (played by Mykelti Williamson) die. He just got yanked into a grave in an extremely painful manner, prematurely ending one of several 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:cool cameos in Fallout. So this bounty hunter could easily come back, and there's definitely a game idea for it.

Remember Star Wars: Bounty Hunter, that game starring Jango Fett? How about that but with Honcho? A Fallout game where you collect bounties could be an interesting change of pace. If you're too worried about continuity, then just set it before he finds The Ghoul. There, problem solved, aside from the whole apocalypse thing.

3 👍 ꦑ Dr. Siggi Wilzig

Cards on the table, this is just an excuse to🅠 have a game with a dog. Dr. Siggi Wilzig, played by Michael Emerson, sets many of the events in the Fallout show in motion when he flees The Enclave with a dog he raised in secret and some stolen cold fusion research.

But again, this is about the dog. The concept of a Nintendogs-style game set in the Fallout universe where you're keeping CX404 hidden from The Enclave is probably the weirdest game idea. But it's definitely one that will let you pet a dog, and isn't that what really matters in the end?

2 Ma June

Lucy meets shop owner Ma June, played by Dale Dickey, in Filly just before some unfortunate happenings make the town far more full of holes. The proprietor is understandably prickly at the whole situation, but it looks like she's still got a store after the dust settles.

Some games prove that it can be fun to run a sho🙈p.

1

That's where you, the player, come in. Somebody please make a shop management game in the Fallout universe. The structure is already there: run the store, haggle prices, accompany adventurers to find stuff to sell. If anything, Ma June's oh so sunny disposition would make the whole experience that much more cathartic, because who doesn't fantasize about verbally destroying annoying customers?

1 Dane

Maximus may have ambiguous motivations for 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:most of Fallout season one, but his Brotherhoo💫d of Steel buddy Dane, played by Xelia Mendes-Jones, manages to catch everyone off guard when they reveal they maimed their own leg due to sheer fear of going out into the wasteland. So how would you translate such a character into their own video game?

The answer is simple: a Persona-like school life RPG. As Dane, you would take part in lessons, kick major tail while sparring, and socialize with your peers. Instead of dungeons, they would take part in training exercises. You just know the Brotherhood is ridiculously extra when it comes to that stuff. There's clearly more to Dane's story, so why not get into it yourself?
