Fallout is one of the most beloved series in gaming, spanning multiple entries, and now a hit TV series. With a unique setting and tone, we're drawn time and time again to the irradiated wastes, looking to do what we can to keep the candle of civilization lit.

One thing the series has in abundance, and does extremely well, is memorable characters. Some of the most memorable are the evil ones, from mustache-twirling villains to the com🌺plex and flawed, Fallout has it all. We thought it was time to catalog some of the most reprehensible characters in the series. Fair warning though, there are spoilers below for multiple games and the TV show.

10 Monty

Interior Decor Deserves Better

If you haven't watched the first episode of the 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:Fallout TV show yet then you might not understand why Monty is considered so evil. If you have, you might assume it's because he's a raider, a murderer, because of any number of reasons.

It's because of the curtains. No, we won't be elaborating, it's too awful to put into words. But if you know, you know. It caused everyone watching to recoil, it's unforgivable and Monty got exactly what he deserved. Ew Monty, just... ew.

9 Kellogg

He's Not Great

You'll spend many of your first hours in 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:Fallout 4 trying to track down Conrag Kellogg, and with good reason. He kidnapped your infant child and murdered your spouse in cold blood. Cryogenic puns aside, he shows no remorse over this and seems un🍬phased that you watched the entire thing.

You learn through the game that he's a bloodthirsty merc, and although some effort is made to make him seem more sympathetic, Kellogg has lived a very long time without ever changing his ways.

8 Frank Horrigan 🌸

More Than A Man, Less Than Human

Enclave loyalist and final boss of Fallout 2, Frank Horrigan barely qualifies as a person. Both because he's extremely mutated and cybernetically altered and because he's sadistic and remorseless in actions he takes for The Enclave.

He's shown to have no problem killing defenseless civilians, and even other Enclave soldiers are frightened of his cruelty. He's a great example of a villain who's easy to hate, and he has absolutely no redeeming features whatsoever.

7 Toaster

We're Lucky They're Just A Toaster

Deeds aren't the only thing that matters when it comes to judging the 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:most evil characters, intent is important too. While Toaster might not have done anything evil, they absolutely would i꧋f given the opportunity.

The only thing stopping Toaster from bathing the world in nuclea💞r fire, again, is the lack of a death ray and a sufficient power supply. This knave little toaster would kill us all if it had even half a chance.

6 🦩 Allistair Tenpenny 🎃

Just Turn Your Chair Dude

If you've played through 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:Fallout 3, you'll have expected to see Allistair Tenpenny here. Yes, he hordes wealth and resources. Yes, he's an insufferable rich snob who looks down on everyone. He's awful in all sorts of ways.

Nuking an entire to💝wn full of people because it spoils your view is evil on a scale we rarely see portrayed in video games by anyon✨e other than a cartoonish main villain. The fact that Allistair Tenpenny is a missable side character goes to show just how unforgiving the Fallout world is.

5 Father

Go To Your Room, Son

Father of The Institute, your lost baby boy Shaun, is actually one of the more monstro🍌us characters in Fallout. He kidnaps and replaces people with synths, releases Super Mutants into the wild to cause chaos, and heads up all manner of unethical experiments.

Granted, he never really stood a chance. He was kidnapped as a baby and raised in an environment that led him down that path, but he's still responsible for untold suffering. He presents his actions and methods as a necessary evil, but that's still evil, Shaun. You're grounded, no TV for you.

4 🌊 Stanislaus Braun

Mad Science

Dr. Braun might just be the most disturbing character in all of Fallout. One of the brightest minds of Vault-Tec, he helped make 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:the Vaults possible and even personally approved several of the experi🔜ments they conducted. That alone would mark hi꧟m as truly evil, but it gets so much worse.

Braun's "reward" for his work was that he got to oversee his own Vault, built around the idea that the inhabitants would live inside a simulation Braun would control. He then spends two hundred years torturing the other residents in his simulated reality using every method he can imagine, easily making him one of the most irredeemable characters in all of Fallout.

3 Caesar

A Step Backwards

It's not hard to understand longing for the past in the nuclear-blasted world of Fallout, but Caesar takes things too far. He seeks to recreate the Roman empire in his own image, forging a nomadic tribe that styles itself as a Roman Legion. Really, though, they're just a band of raiders with a costume theme.

Engaging in barbaric practices like slavery and crucifixion, Caesar's Legion is one of the most heinous groups in the series, and Caesar dictates it all. He views them as necessary, but acts of cruelty and enslavement never are.

2 🅘 The Lone Wanderer

Yes, You

As the player of Fallout 3, you get to decide who exactly your Lone Wanderer turns out to be. While that often means they become a 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:hero of the wasteland, celebrated far and wide for good deeds, they can also 💝be the most💟 monstrous person imaginable.

Detonating atomic bombs for rich fat cats, selling people into slavery, slaughtering innocents - there's a laundry list of evil things you can do as the Lone Wanderer. Fallout 3 was one of the best entries in the series for providing options for a less-than-moral playthrough, so only you know how far you strayed down the irradiated path of evil.

Yes, You Again

The Courier is who you make them to be in Fallout: New Vegas, and that potentially means you made them to be heartless and cruel. You can side with the merciless Caesar's Legion, supporting their brutal regime, as just one example.

The Karma system makes it clear when you've made a morally murky choice, and there is no shortage of actions you can take to entrench yourself firmly in Bad Karma. Launching nuclear bombs at your enemies generally isn't considered a nice thing to do, after all.
