Final Fantasy 14's Endwalker expanℱsion is out next month, and it's gearing up for changes you may have experienced in patches prior. In an update via the , Square Enix detailed how Allagan Tomestones, Crafting Scrips, and Gathering Scrips, will change as you enter 6.0 and transition into using the next currency.
As Final Fantasy 14 approaches its journey to the𓆉 Moon, double-check to make sure you're prepared for a change to in-game currencies. Just like with the leap from Stormblood to Shadowbringers, your old battle tokens like Tomestones of Allegory, Revelation, and Phantasmagoria are headed to the dumpster. Phantasmagoria will no lon🔯ger be attainable, and anyone holding onto those will lose them with the jump to version 6.0. However, even after Endwalker launches, you can still exchange your Allegory and Revelation Tomestones for Poetics—where are tokens that have uses with each expansion in varying types of content.
Poetics aren't really hard to get, any Warr𓂃ior of Light that logs in fairly often may have more trouble spending them than earning them, but players often opt to max out old currencies like Allegory and Revelation to immediately score more Poetics in an expansion. You can 🍸never really be too prepared, and if you're eyeing a new job, it's worth pre-purchasing Augmented Scaevan sets with current Poetics to prepare armor for your Sage or Reaper.
And—surprise, just like before—Scrips for your crafting and gathering classes will see an overhaul, too. You'll no longer be able to earn Yellow Scrips, but you can still exchange them after Endwalker launches. However, Red Scrips will also join Phantasmagoria in the bin, and you'll lose any you've stockpiled prior to the maintenan🥀ce for 6.0. So, make sure you spend those Red and Phantasmagoria tokens now.
If you're eager to start crafting and gathering in new Endwalker areas, it's wise to go ahead and stock up on Shadowbringers currencies that will carry over. In 6.0, you can take Yellow Scrips you've earned on crafters and gatherers in Shadowbringers and exchange them for White Scrips in En👍dwalker. Blue Scrips will also be removed from your character's🌊 inventory, but you can go ahead and exchange them in Revenant's Toll.
