FIFA's ePremier League is returning for a fourth season, giving players the chance to represent their club in an official tournament and win a share of £100,000.
FIFA 22 has already been on the market for a month and its large and loyal band of players have been hard at work during that time. FIFA 22 players managed to compete 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:in almost half a billon matches in the game's first week, and 🐻score a staggering five billi▨on goals in just one month. With so many players playing so much FIFA, it's hard to pin down who the very best player in the world is.
For the fourth season in a row, the ePremier League is returning to try and narrow that down a little. The tournament is only open to players in the UK, but that is where a large chunk of FIFA's player base resides. EA Sports has revealed the unique competition is back once again, and this time the prize pool is bigger than ever before.
This season, £100,000 is up for grabs to the 40 players who will compete in the ePremier League. It will also be the first ePremier League to take place on PS5 and Xbox Series X|S. That's not the only change being ushered in. Instead of going it alone and competing against the winner of the rival console's side of the bracket, PS5 and Xbox players will work together for their respective clubs in a series of 1 v 1 matches.
For example, Shaun 'Shellzz' Springette, who will be hoping to defend their title this year, flew the flag for Manchester City on PS4 last year and defeated the Leeds United player who won the Xbox side of the bracket. This time, Shellzz will still compete against PS5 players from other clubs 1 v 1 but will be working collaboratively with the Xbox player who qualifies for and represents Manchester City.
Anyone with a copy of FIFA 22 and a new-gen consolꦬe can compete in the qualifiers which start on November 16 and continue across various weekends through January 19, 2022. The best players for each club on the two consoles will then make it through to the club playoffs which will take place in February and March. All 20 clubs will then select one player from each console to compete in the grand finals at the end of March.
