There is no denying that 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:Final Fantasy 12 has 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:some of the strangest costumes, for better or worse, in the whole franchise. Based in what could almost be a steampunk universe, Final Fantasy 12 is filled with knights, sky pirates, beast creatures of all influences, and regular humans just trying to get by. Naturally, the outfits are going to r🌜ange from species to occupation and so on.
There are a few outfits that are boring, so they are left out here (sorry, Penelo). Some of these outfits, however, just seem like a mad tailor forced together a bunch of leather, cloth, and metal. Ivalice is a world full of fantastical, ho♛dge-podge outfits, some of which are pretty cool, and some that are a bit ridiculous.
10 ღ Bad 🐠Outfit: Vaan
Sure, so he should look the part. Something about 𝓰this outfit, ♒however, is just silly. Why the vest? It does nothing for the kid. It might as well not even be there.
And where does a poor kid get all this metal to wrap around his waist? And those blue stones look like they could be worth something. Vaan has the Aladin appearance down and the lifesty🐷le to match, but that doesn't take away from the fact that his outfit is just weird. Go shirtless, man. You're more than halfway there already. Why bother?
9 🍷 Good Outfit: Balthier
Stepping in to overshadow the main hero (that would be Vaan), Final Fantasy 12168澳洲幸运5开奖网: certainly blessed the players with Balthi💦er. Showcasing the definiti💙on of a sky pira🎶te, Balthier's wardrobe is a perfect match for his character and occupation.
Everything from the frilly sleeves to the leather vest and skinny pants, Balthier by far has the best outfജit in the entire game. He looks exactly like how you would expect a young sky pirate to be. More than anything, his personality coincides perfectly with what he wears. It's as if he pulled out his clothes from his ownꦚ wardrobe whereas everyone else looks like someone tried to dress them. Looking good, Captain.
8 ᩚᩚᩚᩚᩚᩚᩚᩚᩚ𒀱ᩚᩚᩚ ꦿ Bad Outfit: Ashe
Nothing about this ou𒊎tfit makes sense. It's not even cute. It some ways it has the possibility to be even more revealing than Fran's outfit just because of the extra, extra short skirt. And what is that thing around her stomach? It would be easier to wear an actual breastplate than to try and cover just the stomach with...leather? Metal? Ashe is hardly the best character in the game but she is debased even further with this silly excuse for battle/travel wear.
This is just one of those outfits ﷽that looks like the tailor couldn't decide what they wanted.
7 🎀 Good Outfit: Ashe Wedding Dress ꦛ
However, Ashe's wedding dress is gorgeous. Frankly, it cou𒆙ld be argued that it bests Yuna's wedding dress. Everything about this dress speaks of Dalmasca royalty. It perfectly depicts Ashe's culture and her own personality. Ashe is a princess, a strong woman, and ready to serve her nation. The feathers are reminiscenc♎e of the desert surrounding Rabanastr▨e and the monsters that inhabit it.
It is a wild dress with class and dignity. The veil is especially beautiful, a nice touch. It's definitely not something you would expe𒀰ct to see her in over the course of the adventure, but it feels more like her🍬 than her travel clothes do.
6 𒐪 Bad Outfit: Reks ♈
This poor fellow didn't even get the chance to try to look good. Forced into a 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:strange set of armor, Reks looks like he is trying to be a fashion model (and fai✤ling) while trying to fight a war at the same time.
Although it's nice to ༒see a male character showing skin in what could easily be a female outfit, it still defeats the purpose of the armor. Especially since part of the midsection is showing. Reks, that is where many of your organs are located. Cover up if you want to live! Now all this could be attributed to the fact that Reks doesn't have a lot of money and may not be able to afford proper armor. However, Dalmasca should be supplying armor to its soldiers. It just doesn't make sense.
5 ꦑ Good Outfit: Gabranth ♚
Balthier and Gabarnth tie for the best outfit, hands down. Granted, Gabranth is wearing mainly armor, but t♓hat doesn't sway from how cool he looks in it. Theᩚᩚᩚᩚᩚᩚᩚᩚᩚ𒀱ᩚᩚᩚ helmet does a lot for him and of all the Judges, Gabranth is by the far the best looking one (with and without the helmet). Sleek and shiny except for when covered in blood, Gabranth's armor has a lot to say about the empire and how he functions on a daily basis personally.
It's as if he is always waiting for a fight to break out. The players never see him without armor, after all. Everything about his outfit hums intimidation without being over-the-top about it. Not to mention, the design on his armor adds a hint of artistry to the whole thing, thou🍬gh everyone knows he is a dangerous man.
4 Bad O🉐utfit: Fran
This one is hard to judge and certainly depends on the player. As beautiful♍ and physically capable Fan is, it can't be denied that in a lot of ways her outfit is purely fan service. The equivalent to (the, eh, sexy bunny version), Fran acts asꦬ Balthier's right-hand companion.
168澳洲幸运5开奖网:She is tough, 🐻stoic, takes no nonsense but finds room to care about her travel companions. So, in some ways, her outfit fits with her character, mysterious but sensitive. The whole battle lingerie get-up may be alluring to many but to some, it might not make sense. It definitely seems out of place not only in the main party but in the entir🔯e world the characters are traversing.
3 ཧ Good O🐈utfit: Doctor Cid
Looking like a dapper mad scientist, Final Fantasy 12's Cid is the first Cid in the franchise to act as an antagonist. In some ways, his outfit is similar to his son's, Balthier. In fact, he looks more li𒁏ke an experienced, well-off captain of a ship than a mad scientist. Something about the red coat and thigh-high boots♈.
Still, his outfit is one of the best. Like Balthier's, it matches his personality from the golden embroidery on his coat to the glasses that give him that educated look. When he is ready to battle, his outfit takes on an intimidating look and the player knows they are in for a figh🧸t.
2 Bad Outfཧit: Basch 🌼
What can﷽ be said about Basch's outfit is that it is colorful. Becaus🎶e the man didn't have a lot of options after being saved from prison, it makes sense that his outfit would be the least flattering.
It looks like he was forced to pick out a shirt that didn't fit, hence the strange multi-colored square leather piece that covers his chest. And, he's wearing shorts with what looks to be random armor pieces sewn in and long boots to cover his exposed legs. It's all just a bit too ridiꦗculous. Going from a full set of armor to this is truly demeaning, but Basch handles it pretty well, to say the least.
1 Good Outfit: Larsa 🥀 🅺
Larsa's outfit is one that speaks to his character. He looks like he has a high position within the empire but is still innocent and🐬 not quite ready to take the seat of the supreme leader. In some ways, he looks like a schoolboy and in others a prince.🐭 The earings further his youthful appearance as does his tunic. Make no mistake, however, Larsa plays a huge role in the game and his outfit definitely outshines that of his older brother and main villain, Vayne.
It's also nice to see how the Dalmasca outfits clearly ♎differ from the empire which is a nice touch instead of making everyone look completely different or completely the same. Lara looks like he doesn't belong anywhere but the empire, and that is a good thing for storytelling's sake.
