Dungeon Walkthrough
The layout of the Fell Court of Troia is simple, and there isn't really anything special to watch out for. Pull as many trash mobs as you are able, AoE them down, and continue further into the dungeon. Watch out for the usual AoE attacks that some enemies will use, and keep your eyes out for Treasure Coffers around the halls of the Fell Court of Troia.
Evil Dreamers
The first bosses of the Fell Court of Troia are the Evil Dreamers. This fight is a series of waves of Evil Dreamers that💎 will use a variety of attacks and mechanics, detailed below.
The fight will start with a group of Evil Dreamers that will use normal attacks on their primary target. When they are almost defeated, a new wave of Evil Dreamers will spawn in a quarter circle before casting Dark Vision. This attack is a line AoE that will overlap with other Evil Dreamers casting the same attack. Move out of the AoE indicators to avoid taking damage.
After these Evil Dreamers are defeated, a second wave will spawn. These will appear around the arena in a circular pattern, before firing Dark Vision. At the same time, all party members will be targeted with Void Gravity, which will deal percentage-based damage. Being hit by two of these attacks will most likely kill you, so be careful and spread out from other players.
When the second wave of Evil Dreamers are close to defeat, a third wave will spawn in a line at the north of the arena and prepare to fire Dark Vision. At the same time, more Evil Dreamers will spawn around the arena and begin casting Unite Mare, a circular AoE. To avoid taking damage from Unite Mare, destroy one of the Evil Dreamers to create a safe spot.
Be sure to only destroy an Evil Dreamer that is not in the line of fire of Dark Vision.
After this wave of enemies is defeated, several more Evil Dreamers will be summoned, before shortly combining into a single large Evil Dreamer in the center of the arena. This enemy will begin to long-cast Endless Nightmare, which will deal lethal damage if the attack is allowed to be finished casting.
Simultaneously, more Evil Dreamers will spawn around the arena and begin to cast Unite Mare. Then, a random Evil Dreamer will be targeted with tethers, as other Evil Dreamers move to its position. The tethered Evil Dreamer's resulting Unite Mare cast will increase in size, covering more of the arena. Locate the Evil Dreamer that is tethered to others of its kind, and move to the opposite side of the arena to avoid.
While avoiding the Unite Mare casts, keep dealing damage to the large Evil Dreamer, and defeat it before Endless Nightmare is finished casting. Do this, and the first boss encounter will be co⛎mplete.
Beatrice
The second boss of the Fell Court of Troia is Beatrice. She will use the following at𝕴tacks and mechanics.
-
Eye of Troia: Beatrice will deal damage to all party members before preparing a direction-based Gaze attack. The Gaze attack's eyes will close in on their intended area before resolving. Turn away from the area the eyes will end up to avoid taking damage and being inflicted with Doom.
- Subsequent uses of Eye of Troia will have more than one Gaze attack occur at the same time. Additionally, Beatrice will also add Toric Void to the sequence, which is a large ring-shaped AoE that covers the outer edges of the arena. Remain near the center of the arena as you avoid the Gaze attacks.
-
Beautific Scorn: Beatrice will mark areas of the arena with glowing lines before they explode in a circular AoE after a few moments. Move away from the lines to avoid the following AoEs.
- Antipressure: During subsequent uses of Beautific Scorn, Beatrice will also cast Antipressure, placing a stack marker on a random player. Group up on the targeted player to spread out the damage of Antipressure while also avoiding the AoEs of Beautific Scorn.
- Hush: Beatrice will deal high damage to the Tank. Use defensive cooldowns as necessary to reduce the damage of this attack.
- Void Shaker: Beatrice will target a random player with a large conal AoE, dealing damage in their direction. Quickly move out of the AoE to avoid taking damage.
- Void Nail: Beatrice will target all players with an AoE circle. Spread out from the rest of the party to avoid hitting them with this attack. Void Nail can occur immediately following Void Shaker.
Beatrice will repeat these mechanics until she is defeated. Watch the Eye of Troia carefully to avoid being inflicted with Doom. If you are hit with Doom, it can be cleansed by the Healer using Esuna.
Scarmiglione
The final boss of the Fell Court of Troia is Scarmiglione. The arena's edge is covered in poison that inflicts Toxicosis, dealing damage over time. At the start of the fight, walls will protect you from running into the poison, but these will shortly be destroyed. Listed belo🌞w are Scarmiglione's attacks and mechanics.
- Cursed Echo: Scarmiglione will deal damage to all party members and inflict Bleed. This debuff will deal damage over time, and can not be cleansed using Esuna. The Healer should be sure to recover the party's health until the Bleed debuff expires.
-
Rotten Rampage: A series of AoEs will appear around the arena before exploding, dealing damage in the area. At the same time, all party members will be targeted with a Rotten Rampage AoE that will follow you. Spread out from other players to avoid hitting them with additional AoEs.
- This attack will also destroy parts of the walls around the arena, making the poison puddles accessible.
- Getting hit by Rotten Rampage will inflict a stack of Brain Rot. Getting three stacks of this debuff will turn you into a zombie, making you unable to attack.
- Blighted Bedevilment: Scarmiglione will knock back all players from the center of the arena, dealing damage to them. Be sure there is a wall behind you when you are knocked back to protect you from being pushed into the poison.
-
Blighted Bladework: Scarmiglione will target an area with a large circular AoE, indicated by a thin line pointed towards the area he intends to attack. Move to the opposite side of the arena to avoid getting hit.
- Blighted Sweep: Immediately following Blighted Bladework, Scarmiglione will cast Blighted Sweep, dealing damage in a large AoE to his front across the arena. After Blighted Bladework, quickly move towards Scarmiglione and hide behind him to avoid Blighted Sweep.
- Firedamp: Scarmiglione will deal high damage in the area around the Tank. Use defensive cooldowns to mitigate this damage, and move away from other players to avoid hitting them.
-
Creeping Decay: Scarmiglione will become untargetable and begin charging power, while summoning several Necroserfs around the arena. Group up and kill the Necroserfs to stop Scarmiglione from charging power. The higher Scarmiglione's power at the end of this phase, the higher the damage of the resulting AoE attack will be.
- While charging, Scarmiglione will also cast Void Vortex, placing a stack marker on a random player. Group up on their position to spread the damage of this attack.
- Void Gravity: Scarmiglione will also cast Void Gravity, which is the same as the version used earlier in the dungeon. Spread out to avoid overlapping this AoE with other players.
Scarmiglione will repeat these attacks until he is defeated. Be sure to kill the Necroserfs as quickly as possible to stop Scarmiglione from charging power.
