It's close to midnight, and something evil's lurkin' in the dark. Well, technically, it was♓ past midnight as I settled down to watch Esprit’s Halloween Horrors Show. That’s one of the burdens of being an EU player — it feels like most of the community events are U♒S-based, but I knew Esprit’s latest Macro Dance performance would be worth staying up for.

For those unfamiliar with Esprit, they are a dance group that uses well-timed Mac𝕴ros to create impressive dance performances within the limitations of 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:Final Fantasy 14. I’ve always marvelled at how well the team manages to fine tune their shows, choosing the right emotes to pair with specific lyrics and combining 🎐whole routines with on-theme costume design. When you settle down to watch an Esprit show, you’re directed to open up their Cytube (a website with a musical playlist) so that everyone is listening to the right track at the right time to ensure that fancy footwork is perfectly timed with each note.

Final Fantasy XIV Fan Festival in London was ju🐟st what my weဣary Warrior of Light needed.

While last year’s Halloween show by Espirt saw them go full monste♋r on the audience and jumpscare us, this year was a little tamer, but just as memorable. I always enjoy that Esprit incorporates broader songs and costumes into its themes, so rather than just going for the typical Halloween hits, we had a few surprises thrown into the mix.

For example, the Set it Off performance featured two bank robbers in suits while backup dancers stormed the stage in police uniforms. To add that spooky flavour, the robbers’ suits turned white at the end when they died. T𒀰he performance of Heads Will Roll by the Yeah Yeah Yeahs featured a Dark Knight with their whopping great sword. The perfect combination. While neither are stereotypically Halloween-flavoured, they were fantastic dance numbers that added a nice touch to the overall lineup.

Of course, there were still many Halloweeny numbers to sing along to. The Grim Grinning Ghosts, the theme for Disney’s Haunted Mansion, was a personal favourite of mine. It’s always fun to see the Esprit troupe doing one of the Beetleꦡjuice the Musical numbers, and this time, they treated us to Say My Name with both Lydia and Beetlejuice on stage before being joined by Adam and Barba🍸ra as backup dancers.

When you see the range of emotes and actions being used by the team in their performances, I can only imagine how long it takes to level up and unlock everything they need. It’s well worth it, though, as Esprit have become experts at finding the right effects. Scooby Doo’s It’s Terror Time Again utilised the paint emote🌸 to coincide with the slime lyric, while Morticia and Gomez’s Addams Love Song had the team using emotes against the backdrop of the stage, so we didn’t see who was casting them, but we’d see the effects ripple out onto stage at the right moment.

Part of what makes Esprit especially impressive is when they have quite a few dancers on stage simultaneously, all in sync and executing t🍷he perfect performance. Crasher-Vania was a fun number for them to cover, made all the more hilarious with their range of fitting costumes, from werewolves to demons, and that the troupe came out in force to perform together.

Esprit hosts shows quite regularly, and if you haven’t checked them out♒ before, I highly recommend staying up to date with their news via their and to catch their next show.

It’s well worth creating an alt character for if you’re not in their Data Cen💧ter. Just be💃 sure to get there early as queues will be hefty!
