You can't unlock Dawntrail's Sightseeing Log straight♐ away, so you'll need to progress through the Main Scenario Quest a little bit before you can sta🐈rt checking them off your list. Here's how and where to find the quest to unlock this feature.

How To Start The 'Sights Of The West' Sidequest
Before the quest will even appear as available, you first have to progress through the Main Scenario Quest until you have completed 'The Rite of Succession', the fifth Dawntrail quest.
Once that's done, you can accept the 'Sights of the West' quest by speaking with Elsebee Ironheart at (X:13.9, Y:10.1) in Tuliyollal. Once you speak with her, you will complete the quest and have your Sightsee🦄ing Log expanded.
You must be Level 90✃ or ab🥂ove to be able to register a Dawntrail Sightseeing Vista.
The Dawntrail section of the Sightsee♏ing Log will give you clues as to the location of each vis🎶ta.
Elsebee Ironheart mentions her twin sister is doing the same thing in the other half of Tural, as one went to Yak and one went to Xak. That's right, this is only half of the Sightseeing Log.
How To Spot And Complete Sightseeing Vistas
Sightseeing Vistas will appear as glowing orbs once you have the Sightseeing Log unlocked. Simply stand where the orb is and use the correct /emote to comp🃏lete it, most commonly the /lookout emote. You'll then register the Vis🦋ta in your Sightseeing Log and gain some EXP!
The tricky part is findin൩g all the Vistas, as some are placed at the top of very difꦚficult jumping puzzles.
How To Expand Your Dawntrail Sightseeing Log
Once you've progressed through the Main Scenario Quests to the point of 'Solution Nine', you'll be able to accept and immediately complete the quest 'Sights of the West and Beyond' from Emeline Ironheart at (X:16.7, Y:13.1) in Solution Nine.
Th🐎is unlocks the other half of the Dawntrail Sightseeing Log, taking it to a total of 25. H✃appy hunting!
