168澳洲幸运5开奖网:Final Fantasy 16's Notorious Marks are perfect for those who love the game's combat and are looking for a greater challenge. After completing the Gathering Storm main quest, bounty hunts will be unlocked. Speaking with Nektar the moogle in the Hideaway will show you the Hunt Board, which displays all monsters currently available to hunt.
Initially, only a few hunts are available, among these is Belphegor. This dra😼gon is no pushover; the use of quick combos and fire-based attacks can drain your health in seconds. Luckily, Belphegor fights similarly to other dragon-like enemies found earlier, making the fight feel somewhat familiar.
Belphegor's Location
Belphegor is located in The Broken Hilt, Roseria. To find the monster, travel to the 📖O♏belisk in Eastpool.
From there, head south from the village, then behind the fields to the east. Continue along this path to the end ꦺto encounter Belphegor.
This enemy will not spawn on the field until you complete the Gathering Storm main quest.
How To Beat Belphegor
Belphegor can be very difficult if you attempt to take it on as soon as its hunt is unlocked. It's better to progress through the story a little bit to help even the odds.
During this fight, use its flame-breathing attacks against it by using them as an openingꦇ to go in for attacks.
Attack |
Description |
Swinging Combo |
Belphegor will unleash a three-hit combo. This attack starts with Belphegor swinging its right arm, then left. The third hit comes when Belphegor jumps into the air and does a backflip-kick. This third hit is the hardest to dodge, since it comes out slightly delayed after the first two hits. To dodge this attack, wait until Belphegor is in the air. This last hit can also come out randomly during the fight without the first two hits from the combo. Be wary of anytime that Belphegor jumps. |
Fireball |
Belphegor shoots three fireballs at you. These fireballs come out pretty quickly, so you have to learn when Belphegor is going to fire. Orange sparks near Belphegor's mouth indicate that a fireball is about to be shot. Using an upgraded Heatwave is a great way to dis𓆏pel th⛄is attack. |
Tailspin |
Belphegor will leap into the air and spin around, knocking away anyone within range. This attack comes out randomly whenever you are close to Belphegor. This attack can easily be dodged, allowing you to quickꦐly return to attacking Belphegor until their next attack. |
Flamethrower |
Belphegor will spit a wide cone of fire out towards you. When you're near Belphegor, they will spit out a huge burst of flames that cover a wide area. This attack often comes out in sets of two, so be prepared to dodge after the first flamethrower ends. Belphegor is especially vulnerable during this attack since they do not move until the move ends — this is a prime opportunity t𒉰o get in so♔me good damage. |
Flying Charge |
Belphegor will jump up and fly towards you at fast speed. At low health, Belphegor will charge you with this attack. Belphegor only uses this move at a distance, you'll have plenty of time to react when this attack comes out. If you're right next to Belphegor, they may create distance by jumping backwards. This jump doesn't deal any damage, but it indicates what's about to come. |
Equipping Heatwave before this fight is a great way of dealing with Belphegor's fireballs. Other than that, defeating Belphegor relies heavily on your ability to dodge its attacks.
Avoid mindlessly hacking away at the monster, since attacks like the tailspin and three-hit combo come out quickl𝓀y.
Don't use Eikonic abilities that lock your position until Belphegor is staggered.
The strongest attack from Belphegor comes from its flamethrower and flying charge attacks. If not properly dodged, Belphegor's flames can drain your health fast. Thankfully, both of these attacks are easy to dodge when you know when they're unleashed.
The flamethrower attack only comes out when you are close to Belphegor and always comes out twice, one after another. At low health, the flying rush chaꩵrge comes whenever Belphegor is at a distance, remember that the dragon will occasionally leap awa𒆙y in order to create enough distance for a rush.
Don't forget that Belphegor's three hit combo has a delay on that third hit. This slight delay makes the timing feel awkward.
If you're having difficulty dodging this attack, it's best to simply back away when Belphegor starts swinging.
Th🎉e first two hits of this combo allow Belphegor to take large steps forward, but the third hit keeps th♉em completely still.
