168澳洲幸运5开奖网:Final Fantasy 16 brings back many iconic enemies from the series. Malboros, Bombs, and Behemoths are all 🧸beloved enemies that have made their return in the entry. One of these monsters, the Minotaur, returns as an optional boss in the form of a Notorious Mark.
Progressing further along the main quest unlocks more Notorious Marks. After completing the Fire and Ice main quest, Sekhret can be hunted down. Appearing with a giant club as a weapon, this Minotaur can wipe you out quickly with strong attacks. Pursuing this monster is not recommended for those still getting a hang of the combat, but there's no harm in trying anyway.
Where To Find Sekhret
Sekhret is located West of Rhiannon's Ride, Rosaria. To find this mark, travel to the Obelisk in Martha's Rest then head north.
You'll find Sekhret in the northwestern part of Greensheaves.
How To Beat Sekhret
Sekhret fights using a giant club for swinging attacks. They hit like a truck, so dodging accordingly is absolutely vital to defeat this monster.
Make sure that you have plenty of high potions and the best defensive equipment from crafting or Charon's Toll.
The table below breaks down all of Sekhret's attacks. Attacks in italics are named attacks that will appear on-screen.
Attack |
Description |
Rush |
Sekhret will charge towards you. This attack comes out twice, back to back. Getting hit by this attack during the first rush prevents Sekhret from using the second rush. This attack is how Sekhret starts the fight, and it's very easy to dodge through. Whenever Sekhret looks up and roars, they are going for a rush. |
Underhanded Swing |
Sekhret swings their club in an upward motion. This attack comes out very slowly, so it's easy to get dodge early and get clobbered. To dodge properly, wait for a second after Sekhret digs their club into the ground and takes a step forward. Dodging too early o✃r too late will send you flying. |
Overhead Swing |
Sekhret holds the club overhead then swings downward. While this attack also comes out slow, it's easy to dodge. Dodging either left or right will suffice. Just remember to back off when Sekhret holds the club above their head. |
Forward Swing |
Sekhret swings the club horizontally towards you. This attack is simple and easy to dodge when you understand the timing. The best time to dodge is after Sekhret takes a big step forwards with the club over their shoulder. |
Big Swing |
Sekhret will spin around with the club, striking multiple times. Sekhret uses this attack after a quarter of their health has been taken out. Sekhret's Big Swing does massive amounts of damage if you fail to dodge it. Sekhret will constantly move towards you if you try to distance yourself, so it's easier to dodge through each swing. Sekhret will spin around six times, leaving them open for attack after the last swing. |
Raging Bull |
Sekhret unleashes a strong six-hit combo. Sekhret also uses this attack when they're at low health. Sekhret's Raging Bull attack can easily kill you if you get caught in its range. This attack is fast and nearly inescapable. Trying to dodge through another swing in the combo is hard to do since each swing is so quick. Before using this attack, Sekhret will shake with both of their arms down. Whenever you see this, it's best to distance yourself. |
While Sekhret hits hard, this fight is much easier when you take advantage of Sekhret's openings. Each of their attacks take a long time for them to recover from.
Attacks like Big Swing and Raging Bull give you the perfect opportunity to go all out with Eikonic abilities. Sekhret can be a huge threat when you're up close, but that's only if you fail to learn the proper timing to dodge each attack.
Sekhret lacks any kind of ranged attack. This means you are free to run away and safely heal for a moment.
It also means that ranged Eikonic abilities like Heatwave or Giga Flare are great ways to take out this monster.
While you can🎃 attempt this hunt as soon as you complete the Fire and Ice main 🎀quest, you might want to hold off until you advance along the main story.
Right after this quest, Jill will temporarily be removed from your party. If you're having particular trouble with this fight, you might want to wait until she returns to your side.
