According to the post, Cait Sith will be pronounced "Kate Sihth" when Final Fantasy 7 Rebirth launches next year, which isn't the most common pronunciation, but it's pretty close to the "Kate Sith" one that most people assume it is.
Thankfully, the war over how Cait Sith is pronounced is finally over, and the release of Final Fantasy 7 Rebirth should finally drive it home to anyone that's still in denial. We know that Cait Sith is going to be in Final Fantasy 7 Rebirth and that they will be playable, so perhaps hearing the name over and over again will ingrain it into the minds of the next generation to ensure there are no one else comes to blows over it.
