Yuffie Kisaragi is one of the main heroes in 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:Final Fantasy VII. Actually, she was a secret character along with Vincent Valentine. This meant that she was not crucial to the plot. Since then 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:Square Enix has rectified this with the release of Final Fantasy VII Remake on the PS5.
Yuffie got her own DLC to star in which is a huge bump up from the original. That’s the most recent project but she has starred or cameoed in many other entries in the series since. This includes Crisis Core on the PSP, Dirge of Cerberus on the PS2, and 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:Kingdom Hearts also on the PS2. She wasn’t playable in either of those games so what has she been playable in beside the obvious two? The facts ma🐬y be surprising.
5 ꩵ Final Fantasy VII 🤪
Final Fantasy VII was a 1997 release for the PS1. To reiterate, that’s when Yuffie made her grand debut. However, players could go through 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:the entire game without even knowing she was a thing. She could first ཧbe encountered in the woods outside of Junon as a random battle. Beat♓ing her would then lead the players into a choice of questions. If answered correctly she would join the party.
Unless one had a guide, it was almost impossible to predict what would work on her. Since she was secret, she didn’t get a lot of storytime in the main narrative. She did have a great standout role in the Wutai side mission which was built for her. But from a solely narrative perspective, she doesn't have much of a role.
4 Ehrgeiz: God Bless The ♓Ring 💟
Ehrgeiz: God Bless the Ring was released in 1998 in Japan for arcades and the PS1. It was a wrestling game at its core, which eventually added 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:Final Fantasy characters to seemingly help boost interest in the game. The o✅riginal f🎀ighters that were there at the start were great, but wrestling with Sephiroth made the game more mesmerizing.
Other than Sephiroth, many of the Final Fantasy VII cast joined the roster. This included Cloud, Tifa, Vincent, Zack, and of course, Yuffie. 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:Sephiroth and Cloud would later go on to star in 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:Super Smash Bros. Ultimate, another fighting game.
Those who didn’t make the cut were kind of like a slap in the face. For example, Ca💯it Sith seems like an obvious choice today as a better wrestler thanks to its big body.
3 💎 Dragon Quest & Final Fantasy In Itadaki Street S⭕pecial
Dragon Quest & Final Fantasy in Itadaki Street Special was released in 2004 in Japan for the PS2. That is certainly a mouthful of a title but all one needs to know is that Itadaki Street is a long-running RPG version of Monopoly. That’s the blunt way of putting it. This first crossover game included characters from both franchises. Cloud, Aerith, Tifa, and Sephiroth were added to re꧑present Final Fantasy VII.
Dragon Quest & Final Fantasy in Itadaki Street Portable was a 2006 PSP release in Japan. It was the same game in concept only t൩his time the Final Fantasy VII roster included Yuffie along with Cloud, Aerith, Tifa, and Sephiroth🦄.
Like in the main Final Fantasy VII game, Yuffie was a secret unlock. To close the gap on this spinoff series, the most recent entry was Itadaki Street: Dragon Quest & Final Fantasy 30th Anniversary which was a 2017 release for the PS4 and PS Vita in Japan. That 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:only included Cloud and Sephiroth.
Theatrhythm Final Fantasy Curtain Call
Theatrhythm Final Fantasy was a 2012 3DS release. It was a rhythm-based RPG that had characters and music across the entire main series up to that point. This first entry included Cloud, Aerith, and Sephiroth as playable charactꦛers from Final Fantasy VII. Tifa was add🧔ed to the iOS version.
Theatrhythm Final Fantasy Curtain Call was its 2014 sequel, which was also on the 3DS. The character roster this time expanded to Barret, Yuffie,ꦑ and Vincent. Tifa was there as ▨well but as she was in that iOS port, she wasn’t exactly new. These were both great rhythm games that would make for a nice collection on the Switch.
2 ▨ Finꦰal Fantasy VII Remake
Final Fantasy VII Remake released first in 2020 on PS4 before getting a 2021 port to PS5. This port also included DLC focused on Yuffie and her new AI-controlled partner, Sonon. Her most recent game is also Yuffie’s best game. Her character is much more fleshed out than in 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:the original game and she controls like a dream, too.
She excels at long-range and close-range combat. She’s goofy, too, which just adds to her impeccable charm. She is easily one of the best characters in the remake so far and it will be interesting to see how her character evolves in this 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:continuing series of remakes.
1 Mobile Games 🌳
There are too many mobile games to go through. Squar🐈e Enix seemingly pumps one out every month. There are three that stand out though which include Yuffie as a party member. The first big original mobile Final Fantasy game was Final Fantasy Record Keeper in 2014. It stuck with a classic 16-bit look which was fuౠn to see modern polygonal characters like Yuffie shrunk down into this art style.
She also made an appearance in Dissidia Final Fantasy Opera Omnia which was a 2017 release for mobile devices. It had a more chibi effect to it and controlled more like a modern turn-based RPG. There was also Pictlogica Final Fantasy in 2017 which was a puzzle game. Playing Yuffie 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:in that game should be in quotes as she was more or less an avatar. She was indꦿeed choosable so it still counts.
