168澳洲幸运5开奖网:Final Fantasy 7 Rebirth is going to feel like a race against time for a lot of people. The game hasn’t even been out for an entire week and I&rsqu💦o;m already seeing late-game screenshotsไ and clips all over social media, because players can’t hold themselves back.
This 60-hour adventure - at minimum, completionists are already well into the hundreds - is filled with moments that newcomers and veterans alike won’t want spoiled for them, without even mentioning the many twists and turns that make up its main narrative. There are also a lot of battles, side activities, outfits, and character interactions that, due to the nature of this fandom, are being shared online as part of shipping wars and a fervent stan culture. If you ha▨ve trouble regulating your social media or want to be part of the conversation, there’s no chance you are getting through the ne𓂃xt couple of weeks unspoiled. So you’ll want to rush.
I am currently at the 88-hour mark in my endgame save file, and after looking📖 at what I’ll need to do in orderꦦ to earn the Platinum Trophy, I’m tempted to throw in the towel.
I implore that you don’t, as a critic who only had two weeks with the game and a full-time job to consider alongside it, meaning that I inevitably had to leave open-world exploration or side quests behind in order to tackle the main narrative. At first, it was fine - I spent almost 20 hours prancing around the Grasslands and Junon, doing ever🙈y Queen’s Blood match and all the combat trials I came across without a care in the world. I took time to unlock every single synergy attack and ensure my party was sufficiently levelled for every future encounter.
It was refreshing to play Rebirth ahead of launch as I would in my own time, knowing mℱy critical judgement would be stronger for it. But I quickly had to abandon this ambition after reaching the 50 hour mark and realising how much ground I still had left to cover.
Side activities in later regions became an afterthought out of necessity. However, now I’m back at it, I’m eating up every quest or boss fight I come across, k⭕nowing it’s all leading to completionist stats I can be proud of. I didn’t have the privilege to take my time, nor did hundreds of other critics from around the world thanks to crunching an embargo. But you do, and I heavily encourage you to try and avoid the worst of spoilers and take your time falling in love wꦛith everything Rebirth has to offer.
Spe🅷nd time chipping away at optional activities and side quests, building deeper bonds with your party members that will result in far more rewarding scenes to come in later chapters. I didn’t realise how vital these were to the narrativ♛e endgame until it was too late, and I simply didn’t have enough time to see them through without sleeping a wink for a week straight. I’d already done two all-nighters, so I decided to be boring and responsible and go to bed. You aren’t going to be faced with a similar deadline, and it isn’t like Rebirth is going to get up and run away, so take your time and enjoy this immaculately constructed RPG in the way it was always intended.
Besides, my favourite moments from Rebirth came from stopping to smell the roses instead of bulldozing through the story. I noticed several examples of brief yet heartfelt queer rep in its towns and cities, because I took the time to revisit old locations and walk the streets like just another ave♕rage Joe, chatting with shopkeepers and listening to the banter of its people. There’s additional lore to be found by completing Chadley’s requests and other trials too, like summon materia and special abilities, which I didn’t have until hitting credits, because it’s just not important enough to risk missing my encroaching deadline.
I get it, the FOMO is real, and the last thing you want is the ending rocking up on your feed with little to no context. So why not blitz through as much of Rebirth as possible even if this means burning out and coming to resent a game you should otherwise be falling in love with? This temptation struck me with 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:Baldur’s Gate 3 as I abandoned the PC version and waited in the wings for a more approachable console release. My friends and colleagues were singing praise for this masterpiece, yet it wasn’t in a state where I’d enjoy it. So I waited, and even now I’m yet to hit credits because I’ve deℱcided to savour every single momen♛t.
Your mind might be screaming at you right now to rush through Rebirth’s main narrative and come back for the dregs later on, but this is a hard strategy to recommend when everything on the fringes feeds into the main quest so beautifully, and without it, you just aren’t getting the best experience. Take your time. I mean, 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:Dragon’s Dogma 2 isn’t out for a few weeks, so you’ve basi༺cally got all♛ the time in the world to see this second chapter through to the end.
