Biggs is a minor character in the original, but heඣ, along with the rest of 🅷Avalanche, makes a much stronger impression in FF7R. Still, his clothing is mostly basic and functional; he wears all forest green in a nod to camouflage. But he also sports his recognizable red bandana and spiky black hair that has been a part of his design since the original. With FF7R's much-upgraded graphics, this gives him the look of a leading man that accidentally found himself in the💫 wrong franchise. Turning a relatively anonymous character from the original into a dead-ringer for a young Charlie Sheen from Platoon was a creative way of making this character stand out.
9 🧸 💮 Jessie Rasberry, A Star Is Born
Jessie is the little side character who could; she was mostly ignorable in the original, but in FF7R, she's a star. This goes for her outfit design as well; . The Remake stayed true to Jessie's clothing in the original, but, thro💃ugh careful attention to detail, elevated her look to make sure it matched her newly🎐 impressive presence.
Jessie's breastplate, basically just a gray block in the original, becomes Madonna-level fabulous. Her steel and leather combo, fingerless gloves, and utility belt give her a steampunk edge that reminds players of her crucial status as Aval▨anche's hacker and explosives expert. FF7R makes sure Jessie is no longer just another extra, with a new look to match.
8 Red XIII's Troubles 𒈔
Nanaki first appears as a specimen collected by Shinra's science department. He has clearly been subjected to nume𝔉rous horrors in service of Hojo's unethical exp🌳erimentation, but the technical limitations of the original made it hard to see any distinguishing details.
Nan🦩aki's rough appearance in FF7R pays better tribute to the difficulties he's seen. His tattoos and scars stand out from his fur in sharp relief, and his damaged eye is no longer a missable detail.
7 🐽 ꦡ Barret Wallace: Tragic Hero
Barret has always been a beloved character, but his original design leaned hard on him being a big angry man, and with that came all the problematic implications of attaching that to the only major Black character. FF7R's version of Barret is very much tied to the original, and still has issues, but with this new rendering we see more of the details that are so important to his character; we see the scars on his face, the ungodly amount of tool belts he wears to always be prepared, and the sleeve that protects his amputated arm. We can see the determination in his eyes, at least when he's not wearing his cool-guy sunglasses to try to keep Cloud from seeing any hint of vulnerability. FF7R more clearly shows Barret as a 168澳洲♊幸运5开奖网:hero who is fighting to protect those he loves.
6 ꩵ Aerith Gainsborough Is Pretty In Red
Aerith's usual design in FF7R 🤪is already a perfect interpretation of her original form in the PS1 classic, but this red dress deserves a mention. It's classic FF7 attire: a remade version of the dress that Aerith wears to Don Corneo in the original, and what worked then works well now, albeit with a few more frills and a k෴iller hairdo.
Although this dress is stunning, it loses a few marks for representation; it's just not Aerith. The dress is fiery and straig🐲htforward, much more suited to, say, a combat expert with her feet on the ground, than to Aerith's dreamy, high-minded personality.
5 ꦓ Sephiroth, Period
You can't go wrong with keeping it classic, and Sephiroth is arguably the most classic Final Fantasy character of the franchise. Sephiroth has received multiple glow-ups acros🥂s🎉 the various FF7-related media, with his appearances in Final Fantasy 7: Crisis Core for PSP and the FF7 movie Advent 𝄹Children being💮 some of the most notable.
In the Remake, Sephiroth's character d🌳esign reaches his zenith. His outfit completely captures his sense of foreboding, as well as his allure and charm — he's icily beautiful, powerful, catlike, and deadly. It's impressive that this character design has hardly changed from the original — some things don't need to be messed with.
4 𒀰 Andrea Rhodea Is Goals 🧸
Andrea is 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:one of the best new additions to the FF7 universe. He's the top dancer at the Honey Bee Inn, where he exer♛ts the singular power of choosing which girls get access to Don Corneo.
Andrea wears a look both deeply masculine and feminine at t𝓰he same time. His fur collar and plunging neckline are an elevated take on Don Corneo's clothes, but Andrea wears it with so much more grace. Though for the most part he sports a simple black suit, the arm cutouts and gold edging show off his flair for the dramatic. His clothes fit with his perfectly chiseled face and manicure꧙d facial hair, melding into a look both dangerous and elegant.
3 💖 Rufus Shinra Is All Grown Up
Rufus is depicted in oth🤪er FF7 media in a baggy white suit that makes him look a little like he's a kid wearing his daddy's clothes. This may be a message about his lack of preparation for taking over a🐲s Shinra's President, but it makes it hard to take him seriously as a bad guy.
In the remake, Rufus finally looks as dangerous as he is. He fits his clothes well, and the outfit itself is a complex array of notions and buckles, evoking an old-school straight jacket. The full coverage of his outfit makes it seem like armor; the fact that it's all white makes it clear that Rufus is too impo🦩rtant to get his hands dirty. The overall effect is intimidating and charismatic, appropriate for a Final Fantasy baddie.
2 🎃 Cloud Strife's Heart On His Sleeve
Cloud's Soldier outfit in the Remake is perfection, and FF7R features an exceptional number of feminine outfit designs, but there is just something both classic and revelatory about Cloud's purple dress that deserves to be honored. It can't be ignored that the original cross-dressing sequence had its issues, but the Remake has gone to great lengths to compensat✅e for that; part of the beauty of this outfit is just how well Cloud wears it.
Although clearly not great combat gear, this dress still represents something important of Cloud's personality. For all that he tries to pretend he's just a simple, stoic Soldier, Cloud is still an obviously vulnerable and emotionally complex character. This dress is a literal depiction of the many layers of Cloud in ꦏsilk and taffeta — he's so complicated and he's so prett♔y, but you'll still have to dig through a wall of lace and satin to get to him.
1 Madam M, Queen Of The Night 💎
For a character with such a brief role in the Remake, Madam M has an extraordinarily gorgeou♊s outfit design. She's still a resident o🧔f the lower city, but she wields great power over its denizens, and her outfit encapsulates both the high and low positions that she occupies in the power structure of Midgar.
She wears a formal black kimono with gold detailing, but both the drape of the kimono and the pattern ar🅘e asymmetrical, a nod to her flexible morality. The high cut in her skirt, long kimono sleeves, and off-the-shoulder neckline make her look fluid and sensual, but her accessories — gilded fan, brilliant orange obi, sharp hair ornaments - are less demure than they are threatening. Her look is stunning, and also regal and cruel, fitting for this queen of the underworld.
