8 His Scar Is O♐pposite Sq꧅uall’s
During the epic introduction video for the game, as “Liberi Fatali” comes to its crescendo, Seifer Squall between the eyes. This leaves a scar that runs from the top ri𓆏ght to the bottom left of his face. It's honestly a cheap shot, especially to pull in a practice session.
Sometime later in the game, Squall returnꦫs the favor, except Seifer’s scar runs from the top left to the bottom right. If th🎐ey pressed their foreheads together, their scars would make an “X," which is a hilarious, if not grim, image to imagine.
7 ൲ His Limit Break 🔥Is “Fire Cross”
For the small amount of time that you control Seifer in-game, if you trigger his Limi🐲t Break, you can see that the overall name of his Limit Breaks is “Fire Cross” in the same way that Squall’s is “Renzokuken,” Zell’s is “Duel,” and etc.
While the player can only use one of his Limit Break abilities, “No Mercy,” when they control the character, as you progress the game, Seifer has no problem unleashin🐈g an additional 3 Limit Break abilities on his opponents: Demon Slice, Bloodfest, and Zantetsuken Reverse.
6 His Weapon 🧜Is Hyperion

It’s not necessarily a mirror, but it is the exact opposite. Squall’s ꦜbasic attack is an overhead, diagonal strike from high to low, but Seife🐻r’s is a backhand, diagonal strike from low to high.
Upon 🙈victory, Squall crosses himself with his sword first from the right, then the left before turning his back 🍬thereby effectively removing his opponent from his sight and his mind. Seifer crosses himself exclusively from his right side and never turns his back on his opponent almost like a knight saluting a downed opponent.

Surely aware of h💧is power and ready to take him on, Seifer uses a secret technique called Zantetsuken Gaesh💜i to slice Odin in half sending his own technique right back at him. You have to respect such a flex honestly.
2 The Cros🔴s Motif
Crosses are a repeated motif in Final Fantasy VIII if you really pay at💧tention, but Seifer’s cross is very particular. Seifer’s is a variation of the Cruz de 🅰Santiago or Cross of Saint James, a symbol worn by knights belonging to the Order of St. James of the Sword.
