There are 13 coins in all, one for each star sign (including the often discounted Ophiuchus). Giving them to Queen Stella will provide you with rewards, with many of them being extremely valuable. In fact, giving all 13 to Queen Stella will reward you with a Key Item that can either be used in an ultimate Synthesis or to view a secret part of the game's ending.

Where To Find Each Stellazio Coin

You can find the 13 Stellazio coins gradually as you play through the game quite easily. Here's where they are:

  • The Aries coin is found in Dali as early as Disc One. Head into the windmill and check behind the windmill's shaft to find the coin.
  • The Taurus coin can be found as early as your first visit to Treno. On the screen that has the Item Shop and the entrance to the thieves' hideout, head down the ladder on the right and check behind the stall for the coin.
  • The Gemini coin is also found in Treno but is a little sneaky. As you enter Treno, there will be a fountain on your left. Interact with it to throw 10 Gil into it. Do this 13 times and the fountain will spit the Gemini coin back out.
  • The Cancer coin is found in Burmecia and can also be found on Disc One. Near the entrance to Burmecia is an overturned cart, check behind it to find the coin.
  • The Leo coin is found in Alexandria in a location you are never required to visit. You can get this coin upon your return to the city. Head to the western tower (the one that Steiner ran up at the beginning of the game) and you can now enter the door on the left to a room with a statue of Neptune. The coin can be found against the wall on the right.
  • The Virgo coin is found in the Black Mage Village, visited on Disc Two. You can pick the coin up in the village's Inn, next to a chest that you cannot interact with.
  • The Libra coin can be found in Madain Sari on the Outer Continent. Head to the fountain in the center of the settlement and you can find the coin next to the fountain itself.
  • The Scorpio coin is found in Quan's Dwelling, which is hidden by forests near Treno. Use the rope to get to the lower level when inside, and then check the southern wall to find this coin.
  • The Sagittarius coin is found in Lindblum but only during its reconstruction after it's destroyed in a cutscene. The coin can be found on the same screen as the Pickle Seller in the Business District, near the water tank on the left.
  • The Capricorn coin is found in Daguerro, a watery settlement accessible only by airship to the southwest of the map. On the right of the main entrance, you can walk along a submerged path and the coin is underwater on the right.
  • The Aquarius coin is found in Ipsen's Castle on the Forgotten Continent. On the screen that has pillars at either side and an altar at the end, check behind the middle pillar on the right to find this coin.
  • The Pisces coin can be found onboard the Invincible once you have control of that airship. It's hard to miss, you simply need to find the coin in a chest towards the left of the screen with the teleporter where Freya and Amarant hang out.

Once you have given all 12 of these coins to Queen Stella, she will comment that she is missing the final coin. In order to get the Ophiuchus coin, you need only solve the puzzle that lies on the backs of the original 12. This riddle will point you back towards Quan's Dwelling where you found the Scorpio coin — tꦿhe coin can be found in the exact same location and then given to Queen St🐻ella to complete the sidequest.

  • The Blood Sword can be acquired as soon as you visit Treno for the first time if you picked up the coins in Dali and Burmecia beforehand. This is a great weapon for Steiner, especially at this point in the game where battles can be difficult. It makes upcoming boss fights and the arena fight in the Weapon Shop really easy.
  • The Rosetta Ring is a fantastic ring that teaches Concentrate, Level Up, and Reflectx2. There aren't many places in the game to get this add-on, and Concentrate and Reflectx2 are amazing abilities for your spellcasters.
  • The Robe of Lords is the best armor in the game for your spellcasters. It has tremendous stats and even teaches Reflect-Null, which can make a lot of trouble go away.
  • The Hammer has two possible uses. The first is to unlock a secret scene at the end of the game, and the other is as a synthesis component to make Tin Armor. This is the best heavy armor in the game that only Steiner can equip.

Once you have given the thirteenth Stellazio to Queen Stella, you will also be given the achievement What's Your Sign? in more recent versions of t🐓he game that support achie🐽vements.
