You'll first be introduced to Stiltzkin at the beginning of the game, where he tells another Moogle of his upcoming journey. After that, you can encounter him eight times around the world and he will offer to sell you some rare items. Buying all eight of his item packs is required to achieve his final reward.

At each of these locations, you can find Stiltzkin and buy what he's offering. Be careful, as he is sometimes easy to miss. All of these encounters are missable if you progress the story too much, so don't skimp out on these purchases!

Stiltzkin Rewards
If you manage to buy all eight of his item packs, Stiltzkin will reward you with a Ribbon. 🐓This add-on is a fantastic piece of protective equipment and there are only four in the entire game. It teaches Ability Up, Concentrate, and Madeen for Eiko.
In addition to the Ribbon, you will also receive the Driving the Hard Bargain achievementඣ/tro🐠phy on more recent versions of the game.
