168澳洲幸运5开奖网:Final Fantasy 16 is a little under a week away from release, and conversations about the game are popping up all over social media the closer we get to launch day. However, one consistent debate fans of the series have been having is whether Final Fantasy 16 should actually be considered a 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:Final Fantasy game at all, as the series continues to ⭕drift further and further away from its roots and the golden era that attracted so many in the first place.

It's a debate that usually rages upon the imminent release of any Final Fantasy title, but one that's gained a bit more traction this time around🦹 due to Final Fantasy 16's more Devil May Cry-esque combat style and medieval fantasy setting. It's what's led Final Fantasy fans on ResetEra to for it to be considered a true game in the series, and the answers are just as varied as you might expect.

For some people, all the classic Final Fantasy characters should be there if a game wants to called itself as such. Chocobos, Moogles, a man named Cid, the odd crystal, and a pain in the arse Malboro are all🎃 that some need to feel like they're at home, regardless of whether the combat system is turn-based, hack and slash, strategy, or any other wild system the series want to throw at them.

There are some die-hard fans (such as LobsterRoll) that will rate titles lower if they don't have some kind of overworld, an🌳 airship, summons, or turn-based combat, but I guess that's where this whole argument stems from in the first place. 𒐪We then have those that simply don't care about what each game has, and are simply happy to classify a title as a Final Fantasy game if it has Final Fantasy slapped on the front of the box.

It is a little bit ridiculous to suggest that Final Fantasy 16 isn't a proper game in the series though, as even if you disregard all of the series big shots like Yoshida working on the title, it's still stuffed with fun little nods to past titles. For example, a section of the demo in which Clive whistles is an incredibly subtle reference to Final Fanta🌼sy 10, as it's the exact same whistle that Yuna does towards the end of the game. With that much attention to detail, it's clear that 🌱those that made the series so popular have put just as much love and thought into this one too.
