Summons are some of the flashiest, graphically intensive, and damaging actions to pull off in 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:Final Fantasy, and the 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:Final Fantasy VII Remake makes sure not to disappoint. There are nine orbs of Summoning Materia that include a variety of staple Final Fantasy characters like Chocobos, Moogles, a🃏nd the elusive Cactuar.
Final Fantasy VII Remake is by no means an easy game, so having a powerful Summon available for all of your party members can really get you out of a tough spot. But, which of the nine Summons provide the most bang for t𝓀heir buc💃k?
9 Cactuar
Cactuar is one of three Summons in the Remake that are locked behind a paywall, more specifica✤lly in the Deluxe Edition a𝓡long with Carbuncle. Cactuar specializes in one very specific area but doesn't have too much use outside of it.
Its only Summon Ability is 1,000 Needles, which does rapid, tiny amounts of damage to an enemy while also poisoning them and inflicting Slow. It isn't a terrible option if you're out of MP and are unable to cast these ailments normally, but the l💖ow damage it does, paired with its limited utility makes it the w🐷orst out of the Summons.
8 🌊🐬Fat Chocobo
Fat Chocobo's usefulness is accurately reflected in just how easy of a boss fight it is within the Shinra Combat Simulator. It's painfully slow, which would seem to warrant a high damage output to counter it, b♐ut just does𓆉n't pull its massive weight in most scenarios.
Both of its Summon Abilℱities cost 2 precious ATB, and they really aren't anything special to begin with. Although, compared to Cactuar's damage output, Fat Chocobo at least has the potential to take out a few weaker enemies or take a chunk out of a boss's life bar.
7 𓆉 Chocobo & Moogle
It seems like the Fat Chocobo won the nearest squatting competition and found itself a Moogle friend. This Materia can be found in the fan maintenance area in Chapter 6 and is the🐭 only Summoning Materia that is obtained as a found item.
This Summon deals wind-based damage and has two Summon Abilities in the form of Chocobo Kick and Moogle Blast. Unlike Fat Chocobo, which requires 2 ATB to use abilities, these only cost one ATB a piece and are far more useful. Chocobo Kick acts like Focused Thrust and increases stagger, and Moogle Blast is a much m🐈ore consistent version of Fat Chocobo's Bombs Away.
6 Shiva
Chadley somehow got his hands on a Materia containing a legendary ice deity and gives it to Cloud for passing his Combat Simulator challenge. Shiva is similar to Ifrit in that she deals consistent elemental damage to enemies🥃 with big, sweeping attacks.
Her Summon are Heavenly Strike and Icicle Impact, costing two ATB and one ATB res🐬pectively. Shiva's damage output is respectable, but it isn't as high as other similar Summons like Ifrit or Leviathan. Heavenly Strike is also a pretty inconsistent attack, as it has a tendency to miss an enemy entirely and waste two bars of ATB.
5 Ifrit
Again, like Chadley, where di🔜d Jessie get her hands on a liter🦹al God? She decides to give this to Cloud early on in the game as a tutorial of sorts and it stays pretty useful throughout the entirety of the game. Like Shiva, Ifrit deals consistent elemental damage and has two Summon Abilities costing one and two ATB.
Ifrit's damage output is generally a bit higher than Shiva's and there are 🌠a lot more enemies that are weak to Fire than there are to Blizzard, meaning that Ifrit sees more utility i✨n a wider variety of battles.
4 ꦇ 🙈 Chocobo Chick
This Summon was only available through pre-ordering the Remake and is actually quite useful. A baby Choco🐻bo can't be expected to be dishing out crazy damage left and right like Ifrit, but it ensures that you'll always have access to whatever elemental attack you need.
It has four Summon Abilities that cost one ATB each, and they're essentially Firaga, Blizzaga, Thundaga, and Aeroga. This is great for charact🌠ers that aren't packing elemental variety with their Materia and helps the party not to get stuck in a situation where they don't have an element they sorely need. It also deals a p൲retty hefty amount of damage as its final attack, making it an extremely balanced Summon option.
3 Leviathan
Leviath🌠an is the second Summon gained through the Combat Simulator and is far more of a challenge to obtain than Shiva. Leviathan deals non-elemental magic damage, so it's able to bypass the elemental resistances that a lot of enemies have.
It's similar to Fat Chocobo in that both of its Summon Abilit🍸ies cost 2 ATB, but they're far more damaging and useful. Its first ability, Briny Bellow, increases stagger and does massive damage, and Gyre Spume deals damage in a wide area, although it isn't as wide of an attack as it looks. All Summons will deal damagꩲe when their timer is over, and Leviathan has one of the highest damaging finishing attacks out of any Summon.
2 Carbuncle
Carbuncle is the second Summon exclusive to the Deluxe Edition of the Remake, ꦓand more than makes up for how lackluster of a Summon Cactuar is. Carbuncle is focused more on supporting the party than attacking the ene♚mies, and its Summon Abilities are some of the most useful ones in the game. Simply put, this one's great for more supportive characters like Aerith and Barret.
Ruby Light, Nacre Light, and Emerald Light are essentially Barrier, Manaward, and Haste, but you're able to cast them without any MP expense at one ATB. This allows the party to save a ton of MP for casting these essential spells later on. Its final attack doesn't deal any damage to enemies, but it instead heals all party members for 9999 HP, which can be the deciding factor in a 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:tough fight.
1 Bahamut
What did you really expect to be the best Summ🦋on in the game if this absolutely sick-looking dragon was an 🐭option? If you're in need of colossal damage and something to really get your blood pumping when the music kicks in, then Bahamut is the best Summon around.
Bahamut is one of the last things you can get during your run of Final Fantasy VII Remake, and it really does feel like the ultimate reward. Both of its Summon Abilities cost two ATB, b𓂃ut they're totally worth it considering how much damage they can do. Its final attack does a guaranteed 9999 damage, giving it the highest damage output in the entire game.
