Fire Emblem has so many characters that they h🌱ave to be grouped into archetypes. Famous ones are the Camus archetype, who is not purely evil, but is very loyal to their ruler. There is also the Navarre archetype, a character based on the myrmidons you get somewhat early on in each game. While not technically an archetype, there 💜are the main characters who are commonly referred to as the lords of the series.

Th🦹eir roles in the story are to make us relate to them, to see them grow from their journey, and save their count✃ry, or the world, from the villains' motives. Who is considered the best or most memorable? Or perhaps bland and pale in comparison?

10 ♛ Best: Marth

Marth Cipher

Marth is not the most complex lord ever, but as the first one to start out a beloved Nintendo series, he stands out. He has a simple and relatable story of being exiled from his homeland of Altea, where Gharnef not only killed his father but took his mother and older sister Elice captive. By training at the kingdom of Talys for two years and ⛄recruiting unlikely allies along the way, Marth shows what leadership is all about and displays it with kindness.

His appearance in 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:Super Smash Bros. Melee gained him popularity and interest as he🐭 was a character alongside Roy from a previously Japanese exclusive series. He has four games where he is the main character but is also featured in three other games wh♋ether from DLC or by owning a Marth Amiibo.

9 ✅ Worst𒊎: Micaiah

When the 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:10th Fire Emblem came out, the reception for Micaiah was not automatically beloved by all. She was criticized for doing some questionable things in the story and for somewhat being a Mary Sue. But is she all bad? Compared to far more dislikable Fire Emblem chℱaracters, she is bett🌳er and has a more likable personality compared to someone like Makalov.

Her inclusion in Heroes and years passing since Radiant Dawn's release date has shown more favorability for the silver-haired maiden. Micaiah also ranked first place in the third Choose Your Legends event for Fire Emblem Heroes and got a bridal alt alongside her companion Sothe 🔜and as a dancer in the Hoshidan Summer banner.

8 Best: Hector 👍 ꦫ

The first game to hit overseas is the classic Fire Emblem for the Game Boy Advance, also known as 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:The Blazing Blade. Each lord has a chance to shine in their separate mode💫s, but Hector not only has the best story, but his character is the best example of being an intensely loyal friend. Initially hot-headed and reckless, the armored lord goes through one of the toughest moments in his life but keeps his head up to support his friends Lyn and Eliwood.

Hector's dedication to Eliwood is so strong that he did not care about the consequen♈ces of picking up Armads. By doing this, he will not pass away p🌌eacefully, but brutally on a battlefield. He cut his life short just so that he can help Eliwood. Not to mention, his relationship with his daughter Lilina is absolutely adorable.

7 Worst: L🦩ianna

As one of the main characters in Fire Emblem Warriors, Lianna is average at best. She is cute, open-minded, and smart, but can also be naive to a fault and indecisive. While not entirely her fault, Lianna's gameplay is somewhat boring, and 1🦂68澳洲幸运5开🥀奖网:when you get to others like Robin or Caeda, you m👍ight consider benching her to play with more recognizable characters.

Lianna has interesting support conversati𓃲ons with Ryoma and Lyn, but it will be a while before you can unlock them. At the very least, she is miles ahead of her younger twin brother, who we'll get to later on.

6 🦋Best: Lucina 🍬

There are people who consider Lucina to be a boring, flat, and generic character, but the🔜y clearly didn't get to see the kind and multifaceted human that she is. As the other lord alongside her father Chrom, Lucina came from a ruined future where the Fell Dragon Grima took her father's life and left the world in fla⛦mes. While having a stoic nature, she is innocent to the point where it is charming, as seen with her supports with her mother.

Her role in The Future Past DLC is especially where her character shines, being able to gain the help of the Shepherds from another world to ensure that her world will be saved even when all hope seemed lost. As a confident and caring princess, Lucina is a prime example of what a Fire Emblem lord should be, as she shares traits with previou𓃲s lords.

5 🧔 Worst: Roy

Joining the Melee roster with Marth, Roy was another character that players were in awe by with his similar move set to the Altean Prince, but with more flames to represent his affinity and what the Binding Blade can do in combat. Roy is definitely not a bad character personality-wise but can come across as basic like Marth, but a bit blander. When seeing someone so awesome in Super Smash Bros. Melee, only to be the complete🌜 opposite lost cool points for hi🤡m.

In his game, 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:Fire Emblem: The Binding Blade, Roy is a pain to train and is considered one of the weakest lords due to his base stats and being outclassed by the likes of Rutger or even the Jagen of the cast, Marcus. That is especially a big concern when The Binding Blade's hard mode is one of the more difficult modes in the series. Despite his glaring flaws, his popularity is rightfully warranted. In Heroes, he currently has four playable versions of hims🧜elf, including a legendary and bra🙈ve alt.

4 💜 Best: Seliph

Seliph's tale is of one to claim his birthright, to end an empire whose cruelty has become too much for the continent of Jugdral to handle. He hopes to carry on his late fat🧔her Sigurd's legacy to become a noble knight and kill the one who took Sigurd's life. Seliph fe𝔍els unsure about his position and is not one for war. But he still continued to lead his army into an intense, but sure victory from the war.

As he lost both of his parents at a very young age, he values those close to him as his family. It even gave him𒁃 closure when he realizes that Julia is his younger half-sister from their mother Deirdre. Sigurd may have also been a great lord༺ in a great story, Seliph overcoming against the odds helps him gain tremendous character development.

3 Worstꦏ: Rowan

Remember how we foreshadowed Rowan in Lianna's entry? Just to show how Lianna is a more bearable ch♏aracter, Ronan is annoying, stubborn, overconfident to the point where it's not funny, and acts before he thinks, showing how horribly reckless he is. His constant bragging about becoming the greatest knight is not ﷺthe recurring gag you want if it comes from an obnoxious character.

Even if he can be good at heart and has a motivation to get strong, Rowan's ba🌌d qualities are more apparent than his good ones. If he were to become king in his homeland, just hope to Naga that Lianna can be his strategist.

2 Best: Ike

There is honestly no other lord character done right other than Ike. He became the first lord to not be of noble birth, but instead as a son of a famous mercenary he admires greatly. Ike grows from a doubꦡtful mercenary-in-training with a kind heart to a stoic, humble man who sees beorc and laguz as equals. He never cares for who or what the person is from birth. It is about who they are from the inside that makes them his friend and ally, like Soren and Ranulf.

Even if he can be blunt at times, his drive for being on the battlefield is limitless. In what seems like a long time, the three years that took for Ike to mature and become like his father is a beautiful growth in character. It's no wonder why he remains as one of the most popular Fire Emblem characters of all time, and deservingly so.

1 𝔉 Worst: Corrin

Oh, Corrin. 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:Being a lord while also an avatar was a cool way to be immersed in Fire Emblem Fates, but the story i🍸s so awful that everything has been said about this game and the main character. Regardless of gender, Corrin might be a strong unit in their game, but how they are put into the story is inexcusable and honestly has no right to be a lord. At best, Corrin is not entirely bad as a supporting character.

Both the male and female version designs are also unique. Unfortunately, it is not enough to make the character more likable. Conquest's Corrin is the absolute worst with Revelations, while not an improvement but does their be🃏st to get everyone together. Birthright is only slightly better because they know Garon was obviously trying to kill them and at least tried to warn their Nohrian siblings about him. To sum up Corrin overall, they are a huge waste of potential ruined by an insane and laughable story with them being way too naive, yet liked by almost everyone they meet.
