Fire Emblem: Engage is the newest game to join the 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:Fire Emblem series. You will play as the recen𒅌tly awoken Divine Dragon who, after being asleep for a thousand ꦚyears, must defend the land from a returning evil. To help you on your quest, you will be joined by new allies and memorable heroes.
As seen in Engage's trailer, characters such as Marth, Celica, and Sigurd will be able to assist you in combat thanks to their Emblem Rings. That, however, begs the question, what other heroes (or villains) should return as Emblem Rings in Fire Emblem: Engage?
10 Nothing To Report: Gatekeeper 𒆙
Gatekeeper is a minor character from 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:Fire Emblem: Three Houses and 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:Fire Emblem Warriors: Three Hopes, who has become majorly popular — so much so that he is even a special summon in the mobile game, 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:Fire Emblem Heroes, and is a playable character in Three Hopes.
Gatekeeper’s appearance in Engage would be the ultimate underdog story, showing that even the most non-descript, non-playable character can mean the world to any major protagonist. Plus, who wouldn’t love to see Gatekeeper destroy his enemies with a single charg🀅ing horn call?
9 Three Houses, Three Hopes, Three Stories: Fire Emblem's Three Nobles
Three Houses, and its spinoff Fire Emblem Warriors: Three Hopes, are games filled with war, heartbreak, victory, loss, and an overall sense of mystery. From Three Houses and Three Hopes, you can choose to ally yourself with a student from one of three different powers: the Adrestian Empire's Edelgard, the Holy Kingdom of Faerghus' Dimitri, or the Leicester Alliance's Claude.
In Engage, not all three nobles have to return, but it would be nice if one of the Fódlan trio can make an appearance. Having a powerful lance, axe, or bow user on your side could help give you an advantage in battle. Hopefully, whichever main character gets summoned via Emblem Ring will not encourage a three-way battle on a field that holds♏ sentimꩲental value.
8 ♉ 𓂃 Mercenary And Teacher: Byleth
Byleth’s first appearance was in Fire Emblem: Three Houses and since then, they have made subsequent appearances as a fighter in 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:Smash Brothers and as an antagonist in Fire Emᩚᩚᩚᩚᩚᩚᩚᩚᩚ𒀱ᩚᩚᩚblem Warriors. Byleth may seem a bit stoic, but they are compassionate towards their allies and even have a sense of humor.
Though Byleth is a bit of a cliché choice, what would be interesting is if they returned as an Emblem Ring for both the protagonist and the antagonist. Similar to their 🐓dual role in Three Hopes, seeing Byleth switch from the enemy’s side to the hero’s side would not only be a fun callback to their mercenary background, but would also make acquiring their Emblem Ring an interesting challenge.
7 Another Divine Dragon: Naga 💛 ಌ
Though Naga’s first physical appearance was in Fire Emblem: Awakening and her only playable appearance is in Fire Emblem 🦩Heroes, her posi♈tion in Fire Emblem’s lore is an important one. Naga is the leader of the Divine Dragons and her wisdom helped to protect and assist mankind against forces of evil for centuries.
Having su🐻ch an important figure return in Fire Emblem: Engage would not only mean having the power of what is essentially a goddess on your side, but also means the return of even more dragon characters. The protagonist of Fire Emblem: Engage is already a Divine Dragon, so why not allow for them to partner up with another🐲 one?
6 Destroyer Of Futures: Robin 𝓀
Robin is the player character from Fire Emblem: Awakening. They are a master tactician and are dedicated to Chrom’s cause of protecting Ylisse. However, it is not the helpful, amnesiac, kind Robin who should make their return in Engage. Instead, it should be the Robin that has been possessed by the Fell Dragon, Grima, from Awakening's original timeline.
If Robin was scarily good at their tactical job for the good guys, imagine what their Emblem Ring might be in the hands🉐 of the enemies. Not only that, but a Robin who agrees with the enemy’s thirst for destruction is one that would make combat even more challenging and exciting.
5 Prꦗepare To Battle: Basilio Or Flavia ꦗ
Basilio and Flavia are the Khans from Regna Ferox in Fire Emblem: Awakening. Though they are introduced early in the game they are, sadly, only acquired in Awakening’s final chapters. However, that does not take away from their strong, witty personalities and their contribution to the game's storyline.
Their appearance in Engage would not only give them the opportunity to talk to 🍃people outside their circle of (small) support conversations, but will also let them show off their impressive skills in battle. Additionally, having one of the Khans return might allow for events such as an arena challenge to make its comeback. Occasions such as those will certainly liven up Engage's huge hub world.
4 The Great Exalt: Emmeryn 🍨
Emmeryn is the pea🌠ceful Exalt of Ylisse from Fiꦬre Emblem: Awakening. She is a kind and benevolent ruler whose story in Awakening becomes both a catalyst for change and a tragedy, as her sacrifice to end her nation’s conflict results in her losing her memories of her family forever.
Though her ending is a depressing one, perhaps having her return in Engage can give Emmeryn a chance to live and experience a more carefree life, one where she is neither the leading Exalt nor the confused amnesiac. Plus, 168澳洲幸运5🍸开奖网:she might get to spend more time with her family if either Chrom or Lissa are also summoned.
3 Sing With Me A Song: Azura༒ 🐠
Azura is the blue-haired songstress from Fire Emblem: Fates. Her backstory is a bit complicated, as she is the Nohrian princess taken and raised by Hoshido royalty, who also holds a connection to the forgotten land of Valla. Unfortunately for Azura, her fate in Birthright and Conquest is a tragic one, as she disappears at the game's conclusion after overusing her singing powers.
If she were to return in Engage, ไit would be nice to see Azura on✨ce again singing in battle and telling ghost stories in her spare time. Maybe she can also have a singing partner in the form of whoever wears her Emblem Ring.
2 ജ For The Glo꧙ry Of Hoshido: Takumi
Takumi is one of the Hoshidan nobles from Fire Emblem Fates. Though he means well and cares about his homeland, his stubborn and prickly disposition makes him come off as ruder than he actually is. This isn’t helped by the fact that h🦂e becomes possessed during the events of Fates and must be defeated and destroyed in combat if you side with the opposin🍸g kingdom.
Similar to the version of Robin that gets possessed by Grima, it would be interesting to see the 'evil' version of Takumi return in Engage. If that were to happen, be sure to watch out for his Fujin Yumi during his recruitment mission!
1 ไ Summon The Heroes: Alfonse And Sharena
Alfonse✅ and Sharena are from the mobile game Fire Emblem: Heroes. Their adventures tasks them (and their commander Anna) with protecting Askr a🌳nd other realms from evil forces. Alfonse and Sharena have been fighting for a while now, and they both know a thing or two about summoning famous heroes.
Therefore, it would be amazing to see one of these protectors leaving Askr and being brought to Elyos via Emblem Ring. Seeing the summoners become the summoned would be a fun way to bring together Fire Emblem's popular app with its latest installment.
