The newest house to join the fray in 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:Fire Emblem: Three Houses is the Ashen Wolves, a fourth house hidden in the within the Abyss, which has secretly been hidden under Garreg Mach for years. The new house is part of the DLC side story for players who purchase the expans🤪ion pass, and it's actually quite an interesting story. Here are five reasons why the Cind🀅ered Shadows route is the best in the game, and five reasons why it isn't.
10 💜 Best Route: The Difficulty
Some players weren't too happy with the overall difficulty level of Three Houses, finding it lesಌs difficult than the previous entrie𝕴s in the series. Well, the developers took that to heart, as the Ashen Wolves route is infuriating if you're playing on Hard/Classic mode. The gꩵame is infuriating at points, and is a huge challenge to get through.
9 ཧ Not The Best: It's A Side Story
This obviously comes with the territory, but the Ashen W𓃲olves route is a side story, so, of course, it isn't nearly as fleshed out as the rest of the routes. That doesn't mean it's a bad time, by any means. It simply means that there isn't as much to get into as there is with the main four routes.
8 Best Route: The New Characters 💦
Three Houses exceeds more than anywhere with its characters, and the DLC is no different. Yuri, Balthus, Hapi, and Constance are🎃 all great characters that are jusꦦt as well-developed as the rest of the cast.
The four might borrow some animations from other students, bღut their personalitieܫs are distinct from all others, and they're great additions to the rest of the crew.
7 Not The Best: The Old Character Selection 𓆏
While it makes sense that the house leaders, Hilda, Ashe, and Linhardt are a part of the DLC due to story reasons, being able to switch them out with other characters would have been a nice option. Ashe is one of the most middling archers in the game, Linhardt is far from the best healer, and Hilda's axe proficiency makes her too inaccurate to hit almost every unit in the DLC. While they're all great characters, they d⛎on't fit too well as fighters in the DLC.
6 Best Route: Co♛nstance
SALLY FORTH! Constance is absolutely fantastic, the best new unit in the DLC hands down. Her ridiculous bravado and self-import💜ance melt away instantly anytime she's in sunlight, and she becomes a mere shell of herself within seconds. She's somewhat positioned as the comedic relief character as the DLC, and she does her job very well.
5 Not The Best: No Supports 🅺♋
While this is obviously something 🍃that becomes a part of the main story when the Ashen Wolves are recruited, the fact that there are no support scenes built into Cindered Shadows is quite a shame. It would have been nice to break up the ridiculously difficult combat with a chance to get to know the new students. While it's nice that they gave the Ashen Wolves support scenes at all, integration into the side story is a missed opportunity.
4 💝 Best Route: The Story
𓃲The Cindered Shadows story is very well done. While it isn't nearly as grandiose as the main routes, it still tells an interesting story with a few solid twists. One of the best parts of the story was getting to find out more about the player character, Byleth. Byleth is a character that was reallღy lacking any sort of backstory in the main game, so getting to find out more about their mother was certainly appreciated.
3 Not The B❀est: Hapi
So Constance is great, no one would argue that. But Hapi is... bad? Her character is easily the least developed of the cast, and her completely unexplained bird power don't add thaᩚᩚᩚᩚᩚᩚᩚᩚᩚ𒀱ᩚᩚᩚt much to the story.
Beyond that, she is an incredibly frail unit, and she's practically built to be destroyed through the entire Cindered Shadows route. As previously mentioned, the difficulty is ramped up in the DLC, and a character like Hapi simply wasn't 𝔍built to be a part of it, even though she's a central character.
2 Best Route: A Break From The Maiꦐn Routes
Another nice aspect of Cindeಌred Shadows is that it gives players a break from the war that is covered in the . They're main routes are all mostly the same in the first half, and while the post-time skip stories are all incredibly different and incredibly interesting, getting to see a com✅pletely new story about something different and more contained from the game was a nice break.
1 🎐 Not The Best: No Epilogues
While this was expected due to the fact that there aren't supports in the DLC, the fact that there aren't epilogues is a crime. Sure, all of the Ashen Wolves have them in the main routes, but still, the epliogues are absolutely fantastic, one of the best parts of the story. The lack of them ꦡin Cinde𒅌red Shadows is such a shame.
