As you collect each of the Four Winds in 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:Fire Emblem: Engage's Fell Xenologue, the fourth chapter re-introduces the concept of a three-army battle, and throws you into the middle of its chaos. Fighting on two fronts, you'll have to determine the best strategy for keeping your units alive and putting to rest the two warring queens.

RELATED: Fire Emblem Engage: Feꦗll Xenologue - Seeds Of Unrest WalkthroughOf course, nothing can be simple, and you'll have to do all this while carrying the weight of Forced Deployments and the imbalanced inventories of the DLC. And, in true Fell Xenologue fashion, nothing would be complete without the addition of - you guessed it - an obscene amount of flying reinforcements.

Unit Selection And Battle Preparations

Madeline And Ike Emblem Rings Pairing Menu

With such a large map to tackle and so many lackluster units taking up your deployment slots, picking the right guest units for this map will be tantamount to your success.

For this map, you'll have Madeline, the armored axe General, in your party, but her abysmal Hit Rate will mean she won't perform as well as many other available tanks.

Chapter 4 Louis Unit Selection Menu Preview With Pair Up Skill

As such, you'll want to choose a good tank to head your party, and that tank should be two things:

  1. Skilled in Lances
  2. Equipped with Corrin's Pair Up skill

Louis is a natural choice for this position, but any tank unit with Pair Up that you're more comfortable with should take priority.

Additionally, you should choose one Corrin-abusing Avoidance tank to complement your physical one. Zelkov is the best unit for this role (with 🐷his superior Strength and Personal Skill), but Yunaka can also do well.

Pandreo Assign Yunaka As Decoy On Turn One

With your tanks situated, the next step is to have a unit who can use Assign Decoy - either through skill or through a pairing with Soren. This will be key in keepingไ important units alive.

And last, but not least, the most crucial unit to your team is a good Lyn user.

Alcryst is best for this map, being a spectacular user of Lyn and having crucial access ൲to bows for the many flying units in♚ this map.

Alcryst One-Shot Astra Storms Ivy On Turn One

To summarize, your team needs:

  • One physical tank unit with the Pair Up skill
  • One thief (Zelkov/Yunaka) with Corrin
  • One Assign Decoy user
  • One Lyn-paired unit (preferably Alcryst)
Zelestia Uses Convoy To Trade Out Her Inventory For Better Tomes

With these units chosen, your next challenge is juggling the inventory of your party and Emblem pairings.

To begin, you'll want to go through the inventories of every unused unit and Store all of their items into the Convoy. This will allow you to access items in t🃏he Convoy 🤪for your Force Deployed units on Turn One.

From here, you'll want to make the following arrangements with your Force Deployed units:

Alear

Pair with Byl🍸eth (for Dance) or most comfortable Emblem. Give Killing Edge and Armorslayer.

Nel

Pair with Camilla. Give Spear and Silver Lance.

Nil

Pair with Micaiah. Give Restore💞 and two Physic st🍌aves.

Zelestia

Pai🌳rꦡ with Chrom. Give Thoron, Levin Sword, Silver Sword, and Excalibur. Store Elwind, Elthunder, and Elixir.

Gregory

Pair with Celica. Give Thoron, Excalibur, and Fortify. Sto♍re ??

Madeline

Pair with Ike. No changes to inventory.

Top Recommended Units

Alcryst♕ and Lyn, Yunaka/Zelkov and Corrin, Good Soren user

Looking at the map is the most overwhelming part of the battle. However, the trick to success and keeping your head straight is establishing a strategy during preparations and committing to a singular goal.

Take this map in two parts:

  • Facing Timerra
  • Facing Ivy
Ivy Comments On Wyvern Knight Reinforcements In NW

Don't get bogged down in the excess of enemies and their reinforcements, and don't fall for Ivy's trap.

Ivy's side is meant to lure you in at the beginning. The purpose is to make you think she's close and an easy target before she summons her hoards of Corrupted Wyverns and catches you off-guard.

Instead of falling for it, we'll be heading for Timerra and completely ignoring Ivy for now.

There is a method in N𝔉ormal mode ♋of completely undoing the balance of this map.

If you defeat Ivy before she summons her reinforcements, there will be no Corrupted Wyvern. Additionally, attacking her before she summons them will result in her not revenge-attacking in the next round until her reinforcements are summoned, leaving her a sitting duck. You can accomplish this with your world's Ivy - equipped with Excalibur and Sigurd's ring - and/or by using Alcryst and Lyn's Astra Storm.

It is not recommended൲ to🍒 try this at higher difficulties.

Marching To Timerra

Nil Stands Beside Alear And Uses Convoy To Grab Staves

From the beginning, you'll want to spend Turn One moving your Forced Deployments near Alear to trade anything out of the Convoy you need.

Assign Decoy on either your physical tank, like Louis, or an Avoidance tank like Zelkov or Yunaka. Move them forward while your spare units take out the nearby enemies on the ground.

Yunaka Prepares To Use Fog Vein Corrin After Assigned Decoy

Your destination is to the northeast toward Timerra and her entourage.

Move your units that direction, using Assign Decoy to keep any enemies off Nel and Nil's back as you move.

Keep your eye on the enemy snipers in this corner. There will be reinforcements of them after a few turns, so Zelestia and any other 🍷flying units you bring should proceed with caution.

Louis Walls Back Up Units Of Solm's Army

The greatest concern with Solm's army is their abundance of backup units. For this reason, keeping a physical tank with the Pair Up ability toward the front to draw them in is the best strategy to prevent being overwhelmed with ch🌳ain attacks.

Once these backup units have been baited in, you can rush forward with the rest of your army to eliminate them before pressing forward.

Yunaka Uses Fog Vein While Assigned Decoy To Wall Elusian Forces

As you progress, you'll be chased by Elusia's forces. The Wolf Knights will present the biggest problem.

Whichever tank you aren't using for the front should instead be kept in the back a💞 reasonable distancꩵe from the rest of your units (equipped with a ranged option) to absorb their attention.

Your Avoidance tank is likely better suited for the back, and they should use the forest to grant them an additional +30 Avoid on top of Corrin's Dragon Vein.

Corrupted Wyverns Appear And Catch Unassuming Party Off Guard

During your march to Timerra, both sides will summon steady reinforcements. The northern-side reinforcements can be entirely ignored since they'll be preoccupied fighting each other.

The real risk is in the Corrupted Wyverns that Ivy summons on Turn Four. They have incredible range, can nullify the ground benefits of Corrin's Dragon Vein, and ignore Defense and Resistance.

From the moment they appear, you're on a clock. You'll want to defeat Timerra and her group before these wyverns get within range of your units; otherwise, you'll be stuck between a rock and miasma place.

One of these Corrupted Wyverns will be far ahead of the others. Once it gets within your range, you should use Lyn's Astra Storm to take it out completely. It will cause huge headaches for you if you leave it be, so it's best to take it out before it becomes a problem.

Gregory Baits Down Timerra And Bolt Axe While Hiding In Woods

Timerra will begin moving toward your group as you approach. You'll want to bait her down with a high-resist unit to absorb her Bolt Axe.

Once Timerra is baited down, her entourage will begin moving after her. You'll have only one turn to defeat her before they catch up.

Zelestia Defeats Timerra Without Damage Using Thoron

Fighting Timerra is thankfully quite easy, and you can abuse breaking her stance to get good chunks of damage in. She also has no Range Three options, so using Thoron and Longbow for supಞporting damage is a good option.

You'll want to save your Engage attacks, if possible for the chaos of Timerra's group.

Corrin And Yunaka Use Torrential Roar On Line Of Solm Army Enemies

Once Timerra is dealt with, you can look north to take care of the large group. Using Corrin or Sigurd's Engage Attacks w✨ill be useful here since these units have ꦫa tendency to line up for you.

Additionally, Camilla's Dark Inferno does good damage to this group, and stacking it with Corrin's Torrential Roar will ensure none of these units will move in the next turn. This will grant yꦕou a one-mistake-free card in case you get unlucky with your Hit Rates.

Nel And Camilla Prepare To Use Dark Inferno On Large Solm Group

Many of the supporting units will be armored units, so use your mages and Alear's Armorslayer to take them out one by one.

Do note the sinඣgle Marital Master whoജ will be using Chain Guard in this group. They should be targeted first.

By the time you're done dealing with these units, the Corrupted Wyverns and Ivy will be upon you.

Ambushing Ivy

Pandreo And Soren Use Cataclysm+ On Ivy And Soren And Wyvern Knights

Thankfully, with the front-running wyvern gone, Ivy will typically place herself right at the front and leave a wide opening for you to send your entire party against her.

You don't need to worry about any of the other units since the map will end when Ivy is gone, and Ivy carries Bolting, so she won't be able to attack you back at melee range.

There are a number of good attacks to use here, but if you have a Soren user with you, you should use Soren's Cataclysm attack (with Madeline adjacent for Cataclysm+) to deal a number of𒐪 crucial debuffs against Ivy before making any other attacks.

Divine Pulse Displays Gregory Using Warp Ragnarok On Ivy

Gregory can now use Warp Ragnarok to get behind Ivy and deal damage that way, and🧸 you can use any other means you see necessary to close the distance.

Be warned, however, that Ivy has "Stalwart." This means that effectiveness against fliers does not work on her. No abusing Excalibur or bows this time.

Go all out against Ivy and hold nothing back. You absolutely cannot af♛ford to let her live more than a single round.

Units Surround Evil Ivy At End Of Map For The Kill

If you can't get your entire army against Ivy and close out your fight with her, you'll need to move back and smartly use your Assign Decoy as you gather your forces.

You can use Assign Decoy on a high-resist unit in the back to absorb Ivy's Bolting or Cataclysm and send Madeline and Ike forward just enough to take the standard Wyvern Knights' attention away from any units. However, don't place any of your units within the range of the Corrupted Wyverns if you can help it.

Once you have Ivy in a position you'd like and can ensure a one-round success, go all out and end this map once and fo🔥r all. Your reward will be the end of this chapter 🐻and, in the next installment, no longer being forced to use these troublesome Forced Deployments.
