is the latest in Nintendo's long-running strategy series, and it's spicing up a lot of defining elements. The dating sim stuff from the newer games is back, along with even 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:more same-sex options. The weapon triangle is gone like it was in Gaiden/Shadows of Valentia, giving you more combat options. Perhaps the most prominent feature is the splitting o🔴f story into three routes, forcing you to pick a favorite among✅ three distinct houses.

Multiple routes have been done in Fire Emblem before. Most recently, Fates had two warring nations split into two stories. The difference here is that Three Houses is one game. With Fates, each path was locked to its own separate purchase like different Pokémon versions. You decided which path to take at the game store. Now, the choice is always there. If you're indecisive, it will haunt you righ⛎t u💛p until the game thrusts it upon you. Or you could just play the game three times.

Still, you have to make that initiaܫl choice. So which house is best for a first run?

Black Eagles - Waifus and Warfare

via: Nintendo Insider

The Black Eagles consists mostly nobles from the Adrestian Empire. Edelgard von Hresvelg is the future Empress of the Adrestian Empire, and carries herself as such. She's very confident and driven, giving off a Daenerys Targaryen vibe. Surrounding her are several characters who are already making a name for themselves in the Fire Emblem fandom. Most notably Petra, Bernadetta, and Dor🌜othea. If you're into ♎ladies, this house has plenty of romance options for you.

The more co💛mbat focused players will take note of the the Black Eagles' preference for axes and magic. As you might imagine, using them will see you favoring raw power over intricate strategy. Early reports are saying this is the easiest of the three routes. With the greater focus on strength and cute girls, it makes sense. If you're a first-timer or just someone who wants to focus on story and shipping, this route is for you.

Blue Lions - Good Knight

via: Samurai Gamers

Next up is the Blue Lions, a house made up from citizens of the Holy Kingdom of Faerghus. As a holy kingdom, their specialty is knights. The leader of Blue Lions i💞s Dimitri Alexandre Blaiddyd. Official material says that he's a noble young man who treats all a🔥s equals, but has a darkness to him. Expect a group of pious and just allies, with maybe a hint of a darker story, if you go Blue Lions.

Historically in Fire Emblem knights are either heavily-armored or horse-riding spear wielders. Early opinions place this as the medium difficulty house. The combination of slow knights and speedy cavalry backs this. You'll be covered for all situations, but might not be able to make super OP builds as some Fire Emblem fan🔯s like to do. If you like tales of chivalry, or if you have experience with strategy games but don't consider yourse൩lf hardcore, Blue Lions should be your pick.

Golden Deer - Careful, Ned, Careful

via: Nintendo

Rounding out the three options is the Golden Deer, repre𝄹sentative of the Leicester Alliance. As the name implies, the Alliance is less of a monarchy than the other two nations. As a result, the Golden Deer has more commoners and a laid-back atmosphere. Th🍬is is embodied in house leader Claude von Riegan. His quips and charming personality have already won him many fans.

The Golden Deer students favor archery, something of a sore subject for Fire Emblem fans. Archers are often considered bad units due to the fact that they exist outside of the series' weapon triangle system, giving them no clear advantage. Sometimes the developers give archers extra range to compensate, making them almost too good. We don't know how Golden Deer archers will perform, but we do know that some reports say this is the hardest house to use. Only those who want a challenge right away, or Fire Emblem f💯ans who want to beliꦛeve in archers again, should brave this path.

Options Help

All that said, the choice is ultimately yours to make. You might not feel you're up to a huge challenge but love Claude. In that case, feel free to try Golden Deer anyway. Three Houses has various difficulty settings to help you through whatever choice you make. You can also recruit some units from other houses, meaning you can make a something of a dream team. Finally, you can just play all the routes! Just set aside 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:a lot of time.
