With a smarmy giggle and a snap of his fingers, darkness explodes onto the battlefield.

The flurry of blades followed by the volley of fireballs﷽ leads seamlessly into the sword being turned into a light p꧑illar, capturing the blank canvas that Byleth serves as for players. In another life, these skills would have made them an excellent teacher.
