You🍃r first optional recruit is the ever-reluctant Linhardt. For 10 strategy points, you can convince him that fighting is the lesser approach. As it happens, Caspar, wꦡho remains your enemy, will be quite relieved nonetheless. He knows this is for the best for his friend.

Chapter 5: Balthus

It won't take much to get the mercurial Balthus to see eye-to-eye, but you will need 10 strategy points. This is also when Holst joins, albeit automatically.

Chapter 6: Bernadetta

Bernadetta really has no business being out here directly under Ferdinand's command, so it's good we can spare her life by recruiting her for 10 strategy points.

Chapter 7: Petra

Thou♋gh she puts up more of a fight, Petra is nonetheless a mere 10-point commitment. Just trade blows until she decides to tag along.

Chapter 9: Constance and Hapi
