Although Capcom has made it clear that 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:Monster Hunter World: Iceborne will be the only expansion released for the game, they have also teased additional monsters that will be added as free content following the official launch in September. The first such monster is꧙ the intimidating and massive Rajang, an ape-like beast.

Rajang towers over the player, with smaller legs offset by terrifying arms, fangs, and horns that would make a lovely addition to the collection of any hunter, if you can detach them from Rajang’s head. Based on the elemental bolts of lightning that Rajang fires from the mouth, it appears that the design of the monster has remained close to what we first saw in 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:Monster Hunter 2. There, Rajang was considered one of the most challenging of opponents, and we should likely expect the same manner of design in🔯 this expansion as well. It also appears that his Rage mode is back, where the fur on the front of his body become golden, and he becomes far more deadly.

The inclusion of Rajang fits perfectly into the overall vision of the developers for this expansion. While Rajang is considered a challenging opponent in previous games in the series, the developers have made it clear that the content in the Iceborne expansion will be much more difficult than the base game. As we here at TheGamer discussed in July, many players considered the base game to be rather easy relative to earlier Monster Hunter titles, and they were right.

To explain this, the developers stated that the goal was to make the game an inviting entry point for new players, though they acknowledge that die-hard fans in turn missed the more challenging content. For this reason, Iceborne returns to its roots by offering more difficult content, with the expectation that players 💃have had more than enough time to prepare their Hunters through the base game.

Surprisingly, the release date for Rajang is a mere month after the launch of Iceborne, in October of this year. The announcement of additional free-DLC so close to the official launch of Iceborne has us wondering what else lies ahead in the future. Will we be seeing additional monsters added into the game over the following months to keep the game fresh for players, or is this a one-tim꧃e addition? Perhaps this was💞 meant to be included in official launch of the expansion but was simply not ready for release.

In any case, it is fantast🤡ic seeing Rajang back in action!
