They're quite difficult to find, situated just left of Chuan's noodle shop and just after Flip the skeleton key seller. But once you've found them, you're in for the musical performance of a lifetime.

Well, they're not that good. But it's definitely a fun distraction from the hubbub of Joffre Street and a nice break from the main story.
