The reign of Midas may have come to an end in Fortnite, but three new bosses have arrived with the💟 wall of water that has washed out the island.
Fortnite Season 3 is now a week old and players will have discovered most of the new features that have been ushered in. Those features include ridable Loot Sharks, Vaults to explore, and new named locations including The Fortilla. Speaking of which, one of Fortnite's three new bosses can be found at The Fortilla.
Bosses might seem like an odd feature to add to a game that doesn't have levels or zones to progress through. Epic added them to Fortnite for the first time last season though, and it worked pretty well. Players who opted to take a break from the battle royale melee going on a𝓀round them and take down a boss were rewarded handsomely.
That will be the case this season when taking down one of Fortnite's three new bosses. Since we have already mentioned The Fortilla, we may as well start there. A not very n🐈ice lady by the name of Ocean currently calls The Fortilla ♛home. Players will probably be able to hear her before they see her. Once defeated, she will drop a Bottomless Chug Jug, a special Burst Assault Rifle, and the keycard to The Fortilla's vault.
Aside from Aquaman, the character to get us the most excited during Season 3's launch🧸 trailer was Kit. A regular-sized version of Season 2's Meowscles. Not very intimidating for a boss, until you put Kit into a human-sized mech. That makes him quite the formidable foe, and he can be found in Catty Corner, naturally. When defeated, he will drop speꦉcial versions of the Charge Shotgun and Shockwave Launcher.
Last but not least is Jules. Jules can be found at ⛄The Authority, Season 3's take on the demolished Agency. Jules will drop a Glider Gun and the returning Drum Gun when slain. Defeating these bosses will not come easy, especially since they will have minions, or marauders lurking nearby trying to steal away players' attention. The rewards for knocking them out for the count will be worth it and plentiful, though.
