Our first look at the map for Chapter 1, Season 5 has been revealed, showing off the new location that we're going to be dropping into over the next few months.

With Chapter 4 finished, aꦍll eyes are now on the next big thing for Fortnite - Chapter 5. And just like any new era for Fortnite, one of the biggest questions that players have is about the new map that we'll be dropping into over the next few months. Well, we now know what Chapter 5's map is going to look like and have a decent idea of what it's going to contain.
Over on Twitter, , which greatly differs from the leaked version that was shared last month. We don't yet have any of the confirmed points of interest, but we can see a few notable landmarks across the various biomes, as well as a noticeable train track that goes all over The Island.
We can see that there's a lot of focus on snow this season, which could end up being a seasonal thing that is changed in later seasons. Snow has never been the most popular Fortnite biome, so let's hope that's the case.
One thing that does stand out about the new map for Chapter 5 is that it looks a little bit smaller than the ones we've had for previous seasons, something that fans have already started to take note of. It's more reminiscent of a map from Chapter 1 and Chapter 2 than it is in the most recent seasons.
Chapter 2's map is widely regarded as one of Fortnite's best, so that comparison is definitely a positive one.
We also already knew about some of the landmarks and points of interest that were coming thanks to leaks. the map was officially revealed, which hinted at locations like Coastal City, Tennis Club, 🤪and the Society Estate.
