There has been no news of who or what might be teaming up with Fortnite this year. However, Epic hinted at what might be the game's first big crossover even via Fortnite's Twitter account. Warner Bros. Pictures tweeted a video of the stars of the upcoming DC movie, Birds Of Prey, and Fortnite replie♈d to the tweet with, "See you soon Harley!"
Birds Of Prey hits theaters on February 7, 2020, and will follow the exploits of DC's Harley Quinn now that she has parted ways with Joker. As for players questioning whether Fortnite can team up with DC considering its affiliation with Marvel, it has done already. Batman appeared in Fortnite in 2019 too, although it was a very brief appearance from The ꧃Dark Knight.
We're hoping Harley Quinn's potential Fortnite affiliation will be more substantial than Batman's and that it won't just be a skin, which will be awesome if it happens, but also some sort of Birds Of Prey-related Limited Time Mode.
