According to Mills, the decision to have female V in the collab over male V was his call and something he chose because he likes that version of V more and thought that Johnny Silverhand made for good masc representation wit𒐪hin the game. Mills later clarไified that both versions of the character are great, but that the team wasn't going to "do both in this collab", meaning a decision had to be made on which two were included.
