Fortnite's New Vehicle, Quad Bike Or Battering Ram?

Fortnite is about to get a brand new vehicle, the third aꦦdded to the game overall, but what is its primary purpose going to be?

There once was a time where Fortnite and PUBG were pretty much neck and neck. The two battle royale style games that really popularized the genre, but each very different in their own ways. While both still exist, Fortnite has since left PUBG eating its dust when it comes to popularity and꧑ basically every other way that the two are compared.

One of the things that used to set PUBG apart from Fortnite was vehicles. Fortnite's developers Epic decided to have its millions of players explore the entire island on foot, but then came change. The first vehicle added to Fortnite was a shopping trolley. Not great, but the next addi📖tion was🥀. The ATK, or all-terrain kart, or golf cart to you and me. A means of exploring the map at speed with three other players.

Now brace yourselves, because yet another vehicle is coming to Fortnite. Epic has labeled it the Quadcrasher, and it is effectively a quad bike with a snow plow type contraption attached to the front. The announcement was made on Fortnite's news page, which you can check out below, and simply says t༒hat it will be "coming soon."

So what will we be able to do with the Quadcrasher? Firstly, it won't be able to take four of you. One player, maybe two at most. What we know for definite is that riders ꧙will be able🌸 to crash through structures with it. You'll have to charge up the boost, possibly in the same way that you can currently do with ATKs. Once that boost is charged, it's bye-bye to any towering structures that happen to be in your eye line.

The addition of the Quadcrasher feels like the next step by Epic to liven up the conclusions to Fortnite matches. If you play, you'll know that most matches end with the final few building huge struꦚctures and launching things at each other from afar. Epic has tried to counteract that by making the storm more erratic and also having it do damage to player built structures. Now, if you have a Quadcrasher, you can simply bring them down yourselves so they have to fight you face-to-face.
