Fortnite's Party Royale island isn't nearly🍸 as big a♐s the one used for battling, but big enough that it'd take a while to see the whole thing on foot.
Epic could have kept Fortnite as a battle royale game and nothing but – and it would've still enjoyed plenty of success. It wasn't content with just sticking to what has made the game a global phenomenon, though. Even though 100 players battling until one remains will always be Fortnite's foundation, the game has becomeꦓ so much more as the last three years ticked by.
Perhaps the biggest indicator of what Epic would like Fortnite to become arrived just a few weeks ago: a new mode called Party Royale. Party Royale is about as far from Fortnite's battle royale mode that the game can get while still being Fortnite. There are no guns,♕ no eliminations – play✨ers on the new island aren't even allowed to build.
Rather, it is🍸 simply a place to spend time with friends and fellow players while engaging in non-violent activities. Although the new island is small compared to its battle royale sister, players will likely still want a vehicle to get around. Vehicles are one thing that has migrated over from battle royale, but players visiting the Party Royale island for the first time might be stuck trying to find one.
There are two vehicles available in Party Royale mode, the Quadcrasher, and the Motorboat. Sidenote: due to the nature of Party Royale, the Quadcrasher can'꧟t destroy buildings here, nor can the Motorboat fire missiles. Quadcrashers can be found wherever there is an orange symbol on the map, and Motorboats around the coast wherever there's a blue boat symbol.
The boats and bikes aren't just littered around for players to pick up, though. To ensure there are enough ಌto go around, Motorboats and Quadcrashers need to be obtained from vending machines. Since building materials can't be gathered, there is no fee for the vehicle. All players need to do to mak🌞e one spawn is interact with the vending machine and voila! A vehicle will appear nearby.
