As if doesn't෴ have enough in the works righꦏt now, it's being reported that a project called "FMC" is in deep development and could release as early as next year.

Beyond making some of the best-reviewed and highest-selling game🌄s of the past generation, FromSoftware has proven that it's one of the mos♓t efficient developers out there. Not a year goes by where we don't hear about some grand new project or expansion for one of its biggest games, with and the upcoming The Duskbloods b🤪eing the🎃 most recent examples.

You know Nightreign is a co-op game, right?

Although The Duskbloods already seems like a big departure for FromSoftware , it's very likely that the studio has even more in development right now. In fact, if a recent report is to be believed, 🌱its next project isn't that far off from being released.

FromSoft is reportedly in deep development for "Project FMC"

Chances are high that it's to do with Armored Core

Earlier today, is🎶 in the "advanced stages" of working on a n♒ew unannounced project. The game, which is apparently codenamed FMC (although that might be an abbreviation for something longer), is seemingly a multiplatform game, unlike The Duskbloods.

MP1st trusts the source it received the information from so much that it claims the project is likely in such an , as long as it doesn't get delayed. Considering From♔Soft's track record, that sounds fairly likely in the grand scheme of things.

If Project FMC really is in the works, that just leaves the question of what it could be. MP1st notes that it likely doesn't refer to The Duskbloods, considering it's reportedly being tested for multiple conso꧑les, and that projects starting with the letter "F" are usually saved for and Armored Core.

Considering it's been a few years now since Armo൩red Core 6🐼 released, it does seem likely that a smaller side-proje🌃ct or expansion for Fires of Rubicon is in the works. That's been rumoured for some time n🍸ow, so there's a good chance that project FMC (which even sounds a little mech-y to me) is actually a new Armored Core.

If you're like me, you can pretend that it's actually a codename for Sekiro 2. Come on FromSoft,♛ you know you want to...

Whatever the case, we won't know for sure until FromSoft reveals the project in its entirety. For now, though, it's a nice little thing for fans of the developer to keep in mind, especially since The Duskblood's mul🌠tiplayer focus isn't𓄧 for everyone.
