It is hard to believe given that it took years to come out, but this game is now a year old. So it is time to dust off that copy of 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:Kingdom Hearts III because 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:Square Enix is celebrating its anniversary with some DLC. So what exactly does the Re:Mind pack come with?
This article explores every new detail as well as give some advice on what to do before starting. There are even some noteworthy things that one can gain for free with the 1.09 update. The big question is if it is really worth $30. Let’s take the plunge and find out. Just as a small warning there are some mild spoilers ahead related to gameplay.
10 The Story
There i♌sn’t much to t⛄his DLC. The first part consists of Sora going back in time before Kairi gets turned into a Keyblade by Master Xehanort at the end of the game. This consists of going through the Keyblade Graveyard maze again to fight Organization XIII.
After that mystery is solved the second part, Limitcut, is all about fighting digital versions of Organization XIII in order to track down Sora. There are some other parts to it as well, which will be 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:explained further below.
9 Can’t Level Up
Before starting this DLC there are a few things one sho🌄uld know. One, there is no real way to level up, or go on side quests. So once one starts either portion of the DLC, that’s it. One is locked in. That said it is rec♒ommended to level up to the max of 99 and to do every side quest possible first.
The best and quickest way to level up is to find the challenge sphere in the Big Hero 6 world atop the city tower. Blasting through that should takꦗe no time at all.
8 Oblivion and Oathkeeper
The update that adds all of this extra content to th༒e game is 1.09. With it comes some free stuff as well one can gain even if they don’t buy the DLC. The Oblivion Keyblade can be obtained by beating the game on Critical Mode, the hardest difficulty.
That is without a doubt a challen♔ge, but Oathkeeper is a lot easier. Simply collect all 90 Mickey emblems on an𝕴y difficulty and that’s it. If one can’t obtain the Ultima Keyblade then it is recommended to at least have one of these two new additions instead before starting the DLC.
7 Data Greeting And Slideshow
If the onslaught of fighting doesn’t sound interesting then there is another big addition to this DLC: Data Greeting. One can play around with heroes, villains, and even 🐬heartless to pose them around and take pic🍸tures. It is pretty in-depth.
There is also a Slideshow feature which lets one add music to photos taken in the game. Again, these aren’t mirꦕaculous fe🌳atures by any standard, but perhaps it will thrill a few fans out there.
6 Premium Menus
On the subject of difficulty, there are now Premium Menus that have been added to further tweak theও game’s challenge. All one has to do is start a new game and in the dream state where players choose what character they strive to be, extra questions will be tackled o⛎n top of that.
No matter what core difficulty option one choose💧s, like Critical, an easy option can be added to allow Sora to auto-block attacks. That’s not much compared to the wealth of options given to thꦑe harder side of the equation.
5 Length And Save Issues
The entire experience should only take about four to five hours d♍epending on the difficulty challenge that the player😼 has set for themselves.
In-between that time are few options to save the game. It is then recommended to set aside an afternoon and tackle this thing in one go, or at least to make it past🎉 the first part of the story. The Limitcut portion can be saved at anytime.
4 Suboptimal Loading Times
Unfortunately with all of the patches applied to the game, it is still incredibly slow to load. This makes having to redo bosses truly frustrating. It is important to note that it𒊎 is not the game with the slowest load times for the🎃 PS4; however it can be frustrating
Though a lot of new content has been patched in and can be accessed through the DLC, it is important to n𓄧ote that the load times remain untouched.
3 Recycled Content
One thing that was rather disappointing about this game is that this DLC pack is mostly recycled content. There are sce🧸nes that p꧋lay out slightly differently, or scenes have some added content, but for the most part it’s the exact same story as the original game.
So most cutscenes, at least in part one, can be skipped. The porti♒on has to be about 80% rehash and 20% new stuff and that is being incredibly generous.
2 Playable Characters
There were moments on Kingdom Hearts III where could take control of Riku and Aqua and the same is true in this DLC, but there are some additions as well. Roxas can be controlled with one of the maze fights alongside those two. Mickey also gets a brief little moment, but all four of those characters have been🌄 playable in the past.
The biggest addition is Kairi, at long last, who gets to duke it out with Xehanort after Sora revives her from crystallizat𓆏i👍on. It’s a pretty great fight too.
1 Is It Worth $30?
At the end of the day, it is hard to recommend this even to diehard fans. However,𓂃 as of right now, $30 seems like an unfair price due to the issues that still exist within the game and l🐲ack of original content that the pack brings.
It may be worth holding off acquiring the game for onesel🎃f until the price drops in the future, or waiting to see if it gets bundled with additional content. However, as it currently stands, this DLC is one that fans can skip.
