Whether you support the final, controversial seasons of Game of Thrones or not, fans of the fantasy series still have more spin-offs from HBO to look forward to. House of the Dragon is expected to be the next series to air within George R.R. Martin’s ♌universe, as the project’s filming is reportedly underway.

We should expect Game of Thrones spin-offs to be around for quite some time, now that Marti🌳n has signed a new f𝔍ive-year contract with HBO. Martin also has a few separate stories to transform into live-action - including 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:Sandkings - but the list of Game of Thrones prequels and spin-offs g🅘rows longer, with 10,000 Ships, The Nine Voyages, Flea Bottom, and an adaptation of Tales of Dunk and Egg in the works. Before we get lost in the sea of upcoming shows, the first title to begin filming is House of the Dragon, and we also got our first look at the cast whilst rehearsing.

reported that the prequel 🍸series has begun filming in Cornwall, England, where a set photo emerged of professionals manning a boat - which is so obviously Game of Thrones-styled. Within the same time frame, the show’s official Twitter account shared a photo of the cast within a socially-distanced rehearꦯsal room, performing the show’s first read-through. The setting was very different to the Game of Thrones table read we saw for the show’s last season, which showed all of the actors huddled together as Kit Harington and Emilia Clarke were told the fate of their characters.

House of the Dragon will address various pockets of Westeros’ history, including the building of King’s Landing, the origin of other houses, and the all-important retelling of how Daenerys Targaryen’s ancestors dealt with the Dance of the Dragons civil war. Emma D’Arcy will be playing Princess Rhaenyra Targaryen, along with Matt Smith as Prince Daemon Targaryen, Rhys Ifans as Otto Hightoꦜwer - the Hand of the King - and Olivia Cooke as Otto’s daughter Alicent Hightower, all of which were present at the🐓 table read along with other cast members.

As most fans will agree, before the debut of House of the Dragon a rewatch of Game of Thrones would go down a treat, and HBO has supplied on𒐪e for the show’s 10-year anniversar✨y. 🔥Theꦗ “MaraThrone” commenced on April 10 with the first season, and ran for two weeks of continuous streaming.
