Yes, Raz from 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:Psychonauts was killed off in Alice: Madness Returns. Didn't eꦦven know he was in the game in the first place? Well, he 🧔is... at least, sort of?
Psychonauts is a 2🌳005 platformer about a little dude by the name of Razputin "Raz" Aquato who runs away from the circus he was raised in. With his innate psychic abilities in hand (of course), he pursues membership with a group of fellow psychically-gifted individuals who are holed up in a remote US government training facility, Whispering Rock Psychic Summer Camp.
Meanwhile. Alice: Madness Returns - the 2011 follow-up to American McGee's Alice from 2000 - is about Alice in Wonderland. But featuring ab🐈out 1000% more creepiness, trauma, and ꧑general terror. It's actually a gem of a game in my humble opinion, which despite its occasional flaws provides an immensely enjoyable experience for anyone with a taste of offbeat horror.
But what exactly does Psychonauts have to do with Alice: Madness Returns?
Well, within one particular hidey-hole in the Red Queen's Castle in Alice, you can see a that bears a striking resemblance to our Psychonauts protagonist Raz. Whilst he may be appearing thoroughly skinless here, the likeness does seem a bit too difficult to ignore. Those goggles are a dead giveaway (pun indeed intended), and even the skeleton's pose is pretty much identical to that seen on Psychonauts' cover art.
What's also a bit too difficult to ignore are the parallels one can draw between the two games' respective plots. In Psychonauts, Raz must help other characters overcome their fears and past memories by diving deep into their minds. If that doesn't have Alice: Madness Returns written all over it, then I don't know what does.
One fan draws a between Raz and Alice, saying that perhaps the former was tryiღng to help Alice deal with her past horrors but unfortunately died in the process, perhaps because her trauma was too great.
Then there's the pretty suggestive fact that Alice's credits actually contain a tribute to Psychonauts' director Tim Schafer, thanking him🤪 for his great game. Bless.
