Pokémon is wildly popular all across the world, and across generations of people. Unfortunately, there are some generations of the games that we've been through that people don't quite appreciate the way they should. One of these underrated generations is . While some of the Pokémon designs𝓰 in Gꦐen 4 do indeed look like hot garbage, almost every generation has had a few pokemon here and there that don't quite feel up to snuff.
With the new Galarian Forms in the most recent iteration of Pokemon, Sword and Shield, maybe some of these gen 4 'mons will get a chance to redeem themselves. Probably not though, because there ⛄are tons of good ones who deserve it more.
10 Munchlax
Munchlax is probably one pokemon that you might not have realized was as recent as gen 4. Munchlax is the pre-evolution of Snorlax, and it appeared in the show and some movies before it was ever technically in a game. Either they had plans to include it in a future game, or when they realized that it had a pretty warm fan reception, they decided to include it in the games any✅way. Since it's so incredibly popular, being probably one of the most recognizable Pokémon of Gen 4, it should definitely get a Galarian Form. Especially since it seems that Galarian pokemon are just a bit wacky, Munchlax would fit right in.
9 Bidoof
Speaking of goofy pokemon that are pretty recognizable, Bidoof hasn't been shown enough love. Sure, it's a pretty dumb-looking beaver-ish thing, but who cares? When Bidoof came out in Diamond and Pearl, it was nearly universally beloved (and hated) for being so unapologetically silly looking. When y💦ou look at the design, it really is just a beaver with very exaggerated traits, but what's not to love? This is in contrast to the fact that Bidoof is described in its Pokedex entry as the "Plump Mouse Pokemon," but it's Bidoof. It doesn't have to make sense.
8 ⭕ Riolu/Lucario
Lucario was featured for the first time in Super Smash Bros. Brawl not just because of the positive fan reception of the character, but also because Lucario is a fairly capable opponent when introduced into the arena with other characters. Aside from that, it seems like Lucario has become one of the more popular mascots for the Pokemon franchise as a whole, despi♛te being released so late in the game. There's also the fact that Riolu is pretty cute, so we'd take either of them at this point.
7 Croagunk
Croagunk is a fun character to give a Galarian Form to since he already appears to be kind of strange in Pokemon terms anyway. Not only is his design pretty odd, what with his bright ﷽prominent cheeks and his weird facial expression, but thꦡere's also the fact that Poison/Fighting-type combos are pretty uncommon.
Then there's the fact that he was a featured fighter in Pokkén Tournament, which definitely means thatཧ he's on Game Freak's radar as a pretty important pokemon. All of these factors combined mean that he should probably have a Galarian Form.
6 Weavile
Ano🌼ther odd combo for the Pokemon world, which Gen 4 was kind of full of, is Weavile. He's a Dark/Ice-type, which is a really interesting typing when it comes to the mechanics of using Weavile in a 👍strong team. A perfect Galarian Form for him would be to take on the appearance of a pickpocket or something similar since one of his abilities can possibly be stealing what his opponent is holding.
5 🐼 Buneary/Lopunny ♒
Buneary and Lopunny are both really interesting Pokemon. There really aren't too many in the Pokédex that are modeled after rabbits, which lends itself to some really interesting designs, some of which we saw when the Mega Evolution for Lopunny was released. Aside🎃 from this, there are tons of interesting rabbit types to choose from to modify her design. You could either go for something like a snowshoe rabbit, a jackrabbit, or get completely weird with it and make her a jackalope.
4 Glaceon
Glaceon is definitely one of the favorite Eeveelution꧟s in the Pokemon series when it comes to the opinions of the fans. Glaceon is an꧅ Ice-type Pokemon, obviously, its name being a play on the word "glacier."
Since the Alola region of 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:Sun and Moon was basically a tropical paradise most of the time, the Galar region gives us a chance to cool things down, and as a result, Glaceon wཧouldn't end up looking out of place, meaning that if ever there were a time to introduce a new form, it would be now.
3 Leafeon
Leafeon is yet another Eeveelution that was introduced into the Pokemon series during the Gen 4 period with the release of Diamond and Pearl. As with Glaceon, it would be a no-brainer to give Leafeon a Galarian Form. The two were introduced together, so why not give them each a new form together? It's ಌonly fair.
2 Shinx
Shinx is a Pokemon that was super cool on release, and is still great to this day. More attention for Shinx is a must, so a new form would just be great. Surprisingly enough, it's definitely one of the only Pokémon based on a lion cub that we can think of, and definitely the only electric-type, meaning that this would be a really intere✅sting addition toﷺ the Galarian Form roster.
1 Pachirisu
With squirrels appe🐎aring in so much of the world, and in so many different varieties, it only makes sense that Pachirisu would get a Galarian Form. In North America we have brown squirrels and they have red squirrels generally, and that alone is enough to provide inspiration for a Galarian Form. Aside from that, Pokémon isn't limited to what we see in reality, meaning that tons more possibilities exist for little Pachirisu.
