He can be equipped to be a strong main DPS on the battlefield or a useful support DPS off the battlefield. Regardless of how you intend to use him, you’ll want to make sure he has a way to restore his stamina - be it with artifacts or🎶 through his sword. Like a lot of the sword-carrying Genshin characters, Ayato offers strong stats, and your weapon choice for him will only enhance them.

Once you’ve dealt damage to an enemy with Ayato's Elemental Skill, the🥃 Sacrificial Sword has a 40 percent chance of ending its own cooldoꦰwn period once every 30 seconds. This allows you to keep using the Skill for much longer, but this weapon is only decent if you're in the early game.

After you’ve𝄹 defeated an opponent, Ayato’s Attack will increase by 12 percent♔ for 30 seconds. This can be stacked up to three times, and each stack is independent of the rest, meaning you can continue to stack as they wear off, instead of waiting for the entire stack to disappear.

Ayato will also get an increase in his HP by 20 percent, which stacks well with his Skill that gives him increa👍sed DMG based on his Max HP. The Jade Cutter itself gives you some extra ATK based on your HP as well.

Though it doesn’t increase HP or Energy, it does increase Aya🌳to’s shield strength by 20 percent. You get an ATK bonus on hitting an enemy, whic♏h doubles if you're protected by a shield. However, using this weapon will make it a little hard to get the right artifacts for Ayato since you'll need a lot of Crit.

It's no surprise that the sword brought into the game by Ayato's sibling also works great on him. This weapon gives you up to 674 Base ATK and 44.1 percent Crit DMG, which already makes it good enough for our Hydro lord. On top of that, he gains a straight 12 percent Elemental DMG🥂 Bonus with this weapon.

Furthermore, you can get a stack while using his Normal ATK that deals Elemental DMG, using Elemental Burst, and having you🅠r Energy below 100 percent. ꦗThis gives him another 28 percent Elemental DMG Bonus.
